I am quite stunned by one of the worst service by Fui Peng today at LOT ONE outlet. Bad service plus bad attitude. We were the only customer there and she ignored us. She busily flipped the pancakes for a good 3 minutes before asking for our order. I shd have just walked away. Anyway during payment She snatched my Nets card and threw it on the counter when my transactions didn’t go through. Yelled out ‘remove your card’ a few times when the nets machine beeped.
Mr Bean, are you not paying your staff enough wages? Is that why she is treating your customers badly?

Ordered from them on several delivery platform and they always get the orders wrong. This has happened more than 5 times!! The most recent is today. We ordered six drinks (one warm, 5 cold) and only 1 warm drink came?? Sick of this nonsense, waste of time and money.

Poor after sales service!
"I am not passing the buck but I want to inform you we do not refund customer in this manner." - replied via WhatsApp by the outlet manager Francis.
Staff had given me a wrong pancake and I only realized when I had left the outlet; when I started to eat it.
I took a photo of the pancake and the receipt together and sent to Mr Bean to obtain a refund via paynow or delivery of the correct food item to my house.
My requests were ignored for a few days. Upon reminder, the outlet manager finally replied. The first sentence was "I am not passing the buck but I want to inform you we do not refund customer in this manner." I replied to his response and informed him that it is not acceptable to create inconvenience to me to drop by the outlet for a refund as I am not at fault. Once again, my reply was ignored. I believed the manager had read my reply as his Whatsapp status immediately turned online when my WhatsApp reply was delivered to him.
Anyway, the pancake only cost $2.40. It is not about the money. It is the attitude of the manager and how the service recovery is done.
Why I need to drop by the outlet for refund or replacement when I am not even at fault? It is your staff who provided me with the wrong item which I'm allergy to.
Anyway I don't need your refund or delivery of the item. "I am not passing the buck" seems to be a rude reply to me; ignoring reply when the case was not close show the level of professionalism displayed by the manager was just like that. These are the reason why I decided to post this negative review.
Good luck to Mr Bean's Management.

Ordered dumplings from grabfood pick up. Dumplings sold out but was not reflected in the system, and merchant did not cancel the order even though they are unable to provide the food. Wasted our time to travel down for picking up.

Just order a cold soybean drink with pearl. Ask for 100% sugar, when my kid open to drink at home, discover no sugar added and the soy bean drink taste weird. Waste my $ and time going over there to buy and end up throwing away at home.

Worst branch ever.. bought a few times just to verify their beancurd quality is that bad.. and yes it is still bad! Bought their normal beancurd and tang yuan beancurd today for dessert to try for the last time. The beancurd texture is still bad & hard (not smooth n soft) n color looks weirdly a little dark (not white) as compared to other branches..

Ordered via Grab.
First time getting served with soya beancurd in such crumbly condition. Looks rather unsightly but thankfully the taste is ok.

This Aunty either needs to go or get more training cus this is just not it.

The store in polyclinic Choa Chu Kang deducted 2 times from my nets payment, I informed the staff that my bank already deducted from my bank account but the staff insist me to pay again. She promised will paynow me if their bank receive double payment but I chase more than 3 weeks, they still don't want pay me back. Why so big company, only $14.30 have to drag so long and unwilling to do the refund.

Hardly very few food establishment in CCK central sells porridge. I m glad that Mr Bean is one of them. What makes them special is that the rice & millet grains r cooked with fresh soya milk on the spot to ensure its freshness. And I must say that the toppings r very generous especially the big chicken meatballs.

I likes all the aunties there, they are super friendly and also provide their best service.

Pan cake hard like rock. Very disappointing! I was surprised when I feedback to outlet, shop assistant passed me a fresh one to compensate the hard one 👍🏻
However, just to feedback that the quality of pancake should be more consistent; it should be soft, hot but not hard. Few days ago I bought truffle mushroom $3.60 but pan cake is hard again! 😞 have to go outlet and feedback to them again.
The staff here are experienced and if you are familiar with them n addressed them, they are nice. I wish to recognise Siew Tin, she serves with a smile and she recognises her regular customers and know what kind of pan cake texture customer wants 👍🏻❤️
The previous Chinese supervisor is capable, fast and know to win customers’ heart but she has been transferred to Yew Tee outlet. Yew Tee’s pancake is soft n hot. Hope it continue its quality 🙏🏼

Service is slightly slow, but reasonable because one Aunty working. This branch is serverely understaffed, hope Mr Bean can look into the matter. Food is good, and very value for money. Elderly aunty very nice and tried her best to serve us to her best even though she was the only person working.
