I came to Nail Palace to remove my extensions and was honestly quite nervous at first. I have been to a number of nail salons that aggressively use electric nail filers to remove extensions, causing me pain. However, my nail tech, Michelle was amazing! She was gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. It ended up being completely painless and surprisingly relaxing. She was also super friendly and made me feel really at ease. Such a pleasant experience overall—Highly recommended.

The nail technician, Kitty Chan, was affable, outgoing professional and efficient. I had a much better experience here now than a couple years ago for the exact same service. I had an express manicure. They recommended just the right colour for my desired nails and were able to pull it out of thin air as it wasn't in the book selection and much better than I would have decided for myself. great way to pamper yourself and a friend. I had to remove gel nails and it was quick and painless too

Vilin took great care with both my manicure and pedicure, making sure every step was done with precision. My nails were perfectly shaped, cuticles neatly cleaned, and the hand and foot massage was so soothing. She clearly knows how to make her clients feel pampered.
The nail painting was stunning — Vilin helped me select a color that complemented my skin tone, and applied it flawlessly. The finish was smooth and vibrant, with no smudges or uneven edges. I’ve received so many compliments since!
The hygiene standards were excellent. The tools were sanitized, the space was tidy, and everything felt clean and safe. I also loved the modern and stylish setup of the salon — it made the entire experience feel even more luxurious.

Super happy with my nails! Vilin is really gentle and detailed with her work, and the whole session felt very relaxing. She gave good advice on shape and color, and the end result was so neat and pretty. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.
