Cashier, the service is very poor. Today's date is August 16, 2024. With your behavior, there will be fewer and fewer customers in the future! Rubbish service, gloomy face, owe you tens of millions?

Burned and rude. The auntie working there have attitude problem. She wanna quarrel with me. I did nothing wrong at all. I just ask nicely if there any sotong wing. But she keep repeating dun have dun have. And force me to buy the sotong head. End up I buying but guess what. I buy all 3 stick. All burned. Does even taste good. Not just burned. But very dark chocolate color burned. And I have no choice but to eat it all because its expensive. Cost me $5 dollars plus for 3 stick of very burned gummy sotong. Sad.

Horrible service. I am a regular customer of old chang kee in outlets and I am utterly disappointed with the customer service in this outlet. Treats customer like an idiot and gives a horrible attitude. Store is so small and the door is only enough for 1 person to pass through at any one time - definitely not able to maintain social distancing. The variation there isn't as great as the other stores during peak hours and the food brought there was cold and hard at times. Will never buy from there again.

Tot the food standard should be the same across all outlets… but I was wrong. OCK is well known for the unfriendly and rude staffs for most outlets but I didn’t expect that the food quality @ CCK is different as compared to others.

I would like to point one of the staff behind the counter, not a people person. I honestly prefer being serve by anyone but her, too bad i didn't catch her name. An auntie who seems to have bad day everyday, attitude problem. No smile or even a simple thank you, not loving the vibe she gave me on some mornings i need to buy my breakfast before work. Why hire this type of people at the first place?

A young lady mistakenly gave fried sotong (supposed to be sotong ball) + fish ball. The total was $3.20. I gave $10.00 and asked one of the ladies if I had $0.20. She got impatient with me when I told her I didn't have $0.20. Attitude problem.
