This is not the first time I came here. This is my usual hangout for dinner. But today is very disappointing for the food wise. This is the ever first time the food is so tasteless despite the staff tried to reprepared for me.

Visited Pizzamania at Lot One and tried their Carbonara, Beef Bolognese, and a Lemon Tea. The food was decent but not particularly memorable.
Carbonara: Creamy but a little too heavy, and lacked the punch of authentic seasoning. The pasta was cooked well though.
Beef Bolognese: The sauce was flavorful with a decent amount of beef, though it leaned a bit sweet for my taste.
Lemon Tea: Refreshing but tasted more like a canned version than freshly brewed.
Service was alright, and the food came fairly quickly. It’s a decent spot for a casual meal, especially if you’re already in the mall, but don’t expect gourmet Italian.

The staffs are great. Always serve with smiles and wiling to help up my request.
They are very alert to the customers reactions of request. Whether they are on the floor or in the cashier counter.
Well done to you girls. We have a great meal experience here with Pastamania lot 1.

Service was excellent and very impressive which made me decide to write a review for this outlet. There was a big group of us and the Malay waitress was very nice to accommodate us and even asked a father and daughter pair if they could switch place so that we can sit together. Because of her excellent skills, the pair willingly changed seats to accommodate us. So thanks to understanding customers and skilful waitress! The place is also tastefully decorated which added another star to the dining experience! The food was served fast and hot! They were tasty too!Especially love the personal pizza though it is pricy for such a small portion. The drinks can be a little less sweet and the experience will be even more pleasant!

Though it was peak dinner timing, the staff were still very friendly to diners. Orders were prepared quite fast. Staff were also quick to clear the tables once diners had finished and left the restaurant.
The Ramadan set meal was delicious and cooked well. The only negative point is that the cheese sticks were overcooked. The rest of the food was good.

Service is fast. However, note that it can get crowded towards dinner time, so you might be better off getting a takeaway instead of dining in. I recommend the calamari; the batter is nicely spiced and not too thick, so it goes well with the squid. The aglio olio is sufficiently garlicky and flavourful, and I’d also recommend the cheesy crumble series if you prefer cream-based pastas.

EDIT: Okay, so we've ordered a few more times since the last review, and the pastas have been perfect each time. Food was great, with good portions and not too long a wait. So, I believe it might have been an off day, with their usual staff unavailable. We got all our condiments in the correct amount, too. Hopefully, it stays this way, and we will always continue patronising.
(Will update review in the future if we buy again and the food tastes good again. If that's the case, then maybe there was some newbie cook today.)
I've dined in or ordered delivery every now and then. We've had good experiences most of the time — food is great, service is great most of the time — but is it going down again?
I ordered Aglio Olio today, and it was really sad. In this economy, I'm paying for bad food, and worst of all, we were contemplating making food at home. We should have eaten at home. It was so bland: extra chili padi than usual, not enough garlic or olive oil. They only gave one packet of Parmesan cheese and chili flakes, even though we had multiple orders. Not sure if it's because it's PH Raya tomorrow, and all the good cooks are on holiday or something? Why were the condiments missing, too? Were they understaffed today?
The food was so bad, I was fighting with my family for the condiments and over who used up more than the other. The Parm isn't even that good to begin with, but the food was that bad today.
We also only had one set of utensils. (lol)
A few days back, my sister placed a pickup order for Pastamania. It was like 20-30 minutes, I think, for the order to be ready, but she went to check at around 10-15 minutes. There was barely any crowd (3-4 tables), no visible delivery orders, or people waiting. She asked the staff if the food would be ready soon. They said if it wasn't there yet, then it wasn't. Pastamania waits until the exact time on the app to release the food for collection.
Hopefully, it's good again the next time we eat.

Our child spilled a drink and messed up the entire place. Cindy was patient and kind, helping us move to another table to eat and cleaning up the entire space by herself. Food and service were great from Pasta Mania Lot 1 as always. Grateful for the assistance and professionalism from everyone, especially Cindy! ♡
