The service was just the worst. If not for the food, I would not even go there. The staff was so rude. I was just kindly asking if my food was ready, as I wasn't sure, when the staff just rudely said back, "I already said it will take 20 mins." It's not as if I asked many times. I was just confirming with them.

Jing's attitude was atrocious, as if we owed her big time. The food portion is less than half of the takeaway box.

They can’t make a seamless experience for all their customers. I ordered takeaway, but the staff didn't seem to note it. When my number was called, I was told I had to wait again. I saw people dining in who didn't have to wait, and many orders went past while I still didn't receive my takeaway. I waited for more than 30 minutes just for my order because the staff failed to note that it was a takeaway. They simply didn't seem apologetic, and the situation dragged on.

As a walk-in customer, I had to wait for them to complete their online orders first. It took me over an hour from ordering to collecting my meal. My spoon wasn't washed well either; I suspect there was salmon left on it.

The portion seems smaller compared to what I get at Pepper Lunch, but the food tasted the same.

They were formerly Pepper Lunch Express, and now it is Pepper Kitchen. They sell the same thing as Pepper Lunch. Pepper Lunch has always been one of my favourites. I like their steak/teriyaki chicken set. The Christmas ribeye steak is awesome!

- Consistent with other outlets taste-wise, but the meat portion for this outlet is way too little; this was a double portion of meat.

Best salmon pepper rice in Choa Chu Kang. It's the same standard as the Vivo City branch. I will come again.

Halal friendly! Love their Trio Pepper Rice! Super filling & delicious. Would always come again to buy the same item. Highly recommend.
