Nora from Pezzo Lot One was really friendly and helpful with our party order. She contacted us past the shop’s operating hours to help us with our order, and even started early before the shop opened the next day to ensure our orders were prepared in time for our morning party. She’s a gem who doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. Thumbs up for her excellent service! 👍🏻👍🏻

Paid 5.90 for the pathetic amount of satay. Pizza Hut definitely did better.

Bought 3 slices, all cold. They should have at least made it warm. Bad experience. I would give it 4 stars if the pizza were hot or warm. Cold. It might have been out there for a long time already.

I ordered food through Foodpanda. I only ordered two things: a chicken lasagna and three slices of pizza. When my order arrived, the chicken lasagna was missing! I reached out to Foodpanda about this, and they have yet to provide a refund for the missing item. I am so disappointed with the service. To top it off, the pizza was so cold and unappetising. I will never order from this place again.

Bought 2 slices of pizza. Asked the cashier if the slices were still warm, as she didn't put them in the oven. She said the slices were still warm, but when I tried them immediately after leaving, both slices were stone cold. Contacted their social media page regarding the issue, but they left me on 'seen'.

The Malay staff member, İHSAN, gave me horrible service. I don't know what his problem was until he started an argument with me, a customer. Instead of apologizing, he kept mocking me because he didn't understand my order and blamed me because I was wearing a mask! I just wanted to buy pizza, and he had no heart to serve customers. He never apologized and continued bad-mouthing me in Malay, which I understand. Continuing his grouchiness, he even dropped the cheesy cheese on the floor. It was a nightmare being there; I regret buying pizza from Pezzo at Lot 1. It's still hurting and boiling my blood to talk about the bad customer service I received from him. I will never return to that shop! And yet, they charged me double. Please refund the other transaction. The cashier never checked properly and asked me to pay double using Apple Pay. I tried to call, but nobody responded. Management, please look into this. I received bad service and was double-charged.

The staff took my cash and didn't give me back my change until I mentioned it. How to forget? $13.90. I gave $20. Basic maths would tell you there would be some sort of change. Seriously? Then they finally counted the change, and when passing it back to me, they dropped my change. The money then just got stepped on by a bunch of people. Please train your staff properly. Update: I ordered 4 wings. Paid for 4 wings but they only gave me 2.

The staff were rude and displayed a bad attitude. The lack of basic courtesy was surprisingly overwhelming. No matter how good the pizzas, today's buying experience definitely affects our appetite.

Don't bother. I ordered on Grab, and after an hour, my order was still in the kitchen until closing. I never received it. They wasted my time. They had the nerve to ask if I could change something on my order, and I agreed. In the end, I had to cancel because I found that delaying after the shop closed is a dick move by the staff. Don't support this kind of unethical business practice. I'm never going to support this business again.

Just ordered the SG60 bundle promo pizza with free Coca-Cola socks through Foodpanda, but the socks are missing. Tried calling to confirm if the socks are out of stock, but to no avail. Kindly assist. Thank you.
