Nora from Pezzo Lot One was really friendly and helpful to help with our party order. She contacted us to help us in our order past the shop’s operating hours and started early before the shop opened the next day to ensure that our orders are prepared in time for our party in the morning. She’s a gem who doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, thumbs up for the excellent service! 👍🏻👍🏻

Bought few pan pizzas at this outlet for Xmas Party...The staff (Dina) was friendly and took time to explain different flavours and promotion. Efficient and highly recommended!!!

i’m not the type of person to target others specifically but there was an indian woman working as cashier who was rude to me when i couldn’t hear her the first time and then proceeded to lightly toss my food at me. please do something about her.

Poor staffs with poor knowledge and poor everything. Don't know to call if order not available. Ask for trouble and trouble will come to you. Lot 1 shopping mall Pezzo. Worst.

Trying to decide what to get at Lot one branch and the cashier just shouted at us to get away. Poor customer service awareness Pezzo just lost customer because of a poorly manner staff

Even after requesting twice for a hot, freshly made slice (which was available), they served an old, hard slice that was made hours before. The service and food were poor.
