Paid 5.90 for the pathetic amount of satay. Pizza hut definitely did better

Ordered food through Foodpanda. Only ordered 2 things, a chicken lasagna and 3 slices of pizza. When my order arrived, the chicken lasagna wasn’t there! Reached out to Foodpanda about this and they have yet to provide a refund for the missing item. So disappointed with the service. To top it off, the pizza was so cold and unappetising. Never ordering from this place again.

Bought 2 slices of pizza. Asked the cashier if the food is still warm as she didn't put it in the oven. She said the slices were still warm but when i tried it immediately after leaving, both slices were stone cold. Contacted their social media page regarding the issue but they left me on "seen"

Just order the SG60 bundle promo pizza with free coca cola socks through Foodpanda but the socks is missing. Tried calling to confirm if the socks is out of stock but to no avail. Kindly assist. Thank you.

Malay staff name İHSAN Give me very horrible service . I don’t know what his problem until he picked up arguments with me as a customer. Instead he apologies he keep continue mocking on me because he don’t understand my order and blamed me because I wear a mask ! I just want to buy pizza and he no heart to serve customer. He never apologies and continued bad mouthing with Malay language which I understand. Continue his grouchy he even dropped the cheesy cheese to the floors. It’s nightmare to up there I regret buy pizza in pezzo at lot 1. It’s hurting and boiling my blood talk with bad customer service from him. I will never back to the shop! And yet they charge me double . Please refund back the other transaction. Cashier never checked properly and asked me to pay double use Apple Pay. Tried to call 📱 nobody respond. Please management look in to it. I got bad service and double charge.

Don't bother. Ordered on grab and after 1 hour still in kitchen up till close, did not receive my order. Waste my time. Got the nerve to ask if i can change something on my order and i agreed. In the end i had to cancel because i find that delaying after the shop close is a dick move by the staff. Don't support this kind of unethical business practice. Never gonna support this business again.

The staff took my cash and didn't bother giving me back my change until i mention. How to forget? $13.90 i gave $20. Basic maths would tell you there will be some sort of change. Tf? Then finally counted the change and when pass back to me, dropped my change. Then money just get stepped over by a bunch of people. Please train your staffs properly. Update : i order 4 wings. Paid for 4 wing but only gave me 2.

The staff were rude and displayed a bad attitude. The lack of basic courtesy was surprisingly overwhelming. No matter how good the Pizzas, today's buying experience definitely affect our appetite.

She contacted us to help us in our order past the shop’s operating hours and started early before the shop opened the next day to ensure that our orders are prepared in time for our party in the morning.
