POP MART at Lot One Shoppers' Mall brings the exciting world of collectible toys and blind boxes to the Choa Chu Kang community, operating both a retail store at #01-22 (11am-9:30pm) and an automated Robo Shop on Level 1 (10am-10pm) for maximum shopping convenience. As part of POP MART's 23-location network across Singapore, this outlet serves collectors, gift-buyers, and toy enthusiasts with an extensive range of mystery blind boxes featuring popular characters and exclusive figurines. The Chinese toy company, based in Beijing, has revolutionized collectible toy retail through its innovative blind box format that keeps each purchase exciting and unpredictable until opening.
The comprehensive product range features beloved character lines including LABUBU, DIMOO, HIRONO, SKULLPANDA, MOLLY, CRYBABY, Pucky, Ayan, and licensed collections featuring Disney Princess, Frozen, Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, and Minions. Blind boxes are available individually or in complete cases of 6-10 pieces (series-dependent), with special secret, hidden, or chase figures randomly replacing basic figures to create collecting excitement. Popular series like the Dimoo Jurassic World collection and MEGA Space Molly Series 01 (100% size) showcase the brand's collaboration with renowned designers like Kenny, Pucky, and Kasing Lung, ensuring each release maintains high artistic quality and collector appeal.
The dual retail format at Lot One ensures collectors can browse and purchase during regular shopping hours at the traditional store or use the convenient Robo Shop for 24/7 access to select items through automated vending machines. The strategic mall location serves Singapore's western region with accessible collectible shopping that appeals to both serious collectors seeking rare figures and casual buyers looking for unique gifts. Whether building complete collections, hunting for secret figures, or discovering new character series, POP MART continues to deliver the thrill of surprise collecting that has made them a global phenomenon in the designer toy industry.
Extremely disappointed with Lot One’s Pop Mart and its Roboshop as they handled my issue very poorly. I wanted to buy the Roly Poly Kitty plushie from the vending machine (priced at $24.90) and the machine instead dispensed the figurine which was less than half the price ($11.90). As such, I was overcharged $13 and received a figurine i did not even want.
To make matters worse, the Lot One store staff refused to help me and asked me to just fill in a customer service form, stating that this was a Roboshop issue and is separate from their store. I filled in this said form 5 times and even emailed customer support. However, I did not even receive a confirmation email for my inquiry nor did I receive any proper response from the company.
This incident happened on 30 Oct and I am still waiting for a response, much less a refund for a mistake Pop Mart made. It is truly upsetting and the refund should have just been done there and then at the store, simplifying the entire process. Instead, it was really frustrating and Pop Mart has been ignoring my requests for a solution.

Chinese middle-aged female staff, quite big sized, is always refilling the popular series (such as cola labubu, hirono, dimoo disney) for her friends only. It's obvious because she will signal to her friends before refilling. And choose not to refill (take a longer route, bring back to the storeroom) if there are other customers also waiting for the refill.
Hope Popmart can make the shopping experience fairer for all customers. And this is coming from a customer who has bought many boxes, not just a camper.

First time here and will never return back to here. The service cannot make it. Staffs are all so unfriendly. Wanna buy something ask for assistance, the lady told me to see for myself. " You don't see the case meaning sold out. With the tone of looking down of people. "

I went to lot one popmart 2 times. Both of the two times the cashier doesn't want to scan my membership points. The first time she was saying that it's the same when I tap my credit card. The second time was a man with the tattoo on his arm, he didn't even scan my points and he was also very unfriendly. What kind of working attitude is this??

At Chua Chu Kang Lot One Pop Mart. My friend and I was trying to pick a blind box. And one of the staff just keep standing beside us and look at us. It's very uncomfortable, we are not going to steal, damage the box nor weight the blind box. We understand the rules. We also happen to see and overheard the staff pass the top up blind box to the regular and tell the regular not to tell anyone. Not sure what was done behide the scene. This will result us to avoid Lot One Pop Mart.

Neat and clean store. No one was manning the counter. Then a guy with tattoos came out. See his face can tell attitude problem one. Very unfriendly but then i thought to myself maybe he have disability because he is mute. No acknowledgement when i say thank you, not even a smile. Oh well a mute can have attitude issue too.
Having said that it's very nice of pop mart to hire people with disability. But even autistic people knows to smile and courteous. Maybe train your staff on proper customer service. And i don't receive any carrier when i bought a blind box. Lucky i wear a bag and it's big enough to fit the item.

Just a standard popmart outlet selling blind boxes and huge figures. Prices are above average and items range are somewhat gathered around a certain themed figure category. 4 star for an above average blindbox shopping experience.

Soo Zhen at Lot 1 outlet is splendid. Love how professional she is when comes to her customer service level and knowledge of the products. Have been patronising the outlet and staying loyal because of her.

Went to buy some items and staff Calvin was very helpful. Took the time to explain about their products and gave good advice. Really considered the customer's needs when helping. Thank you!

The staff at this PopMart store are incredibly friendly and patient. They kindly introduced us to the different designs and what was currently popular. Notably Soozhen who helped us out? unsure about the rest of the staff names. Their excellent customer service truly stood out!

Crowd control definitely improved from time to time. Quite sad many collectors using this to shame the staff/store, when knowing that it’s always while stock last. While staff might be hot tempered at times, like pms, it’s nothing new if you imagine yourself getting the same questions multiple times.

Staff very attentive and friendly, good customer service. They restock the blind box once is almost sold out.

Nice place with very wide view and extremely bright place. This place sells a lot of merchandise that might suprise you! But a very nice place to come in to buy or just to do some window shopping. I bought 2 Dimoo one to support them. The quality of the product is nice, packaging are good and also have free carry on if you want to bring along with you. Staff here are very friendly, except for the fact that they were speaking in Chinese at first to me, which I don't understand haha. But after that he explained everything back to me in English. A very nice and helpful staff! Also the check out is very fast, available for card payment and also PayNow, etc... Definitely will come back here to buy more as this place finds me a warmful feeling.
