Disappointed with my old-school peanut butter waffle as its exterior was not crispy and crunchy, and so paled in comparison to the waffles I had at Prima Deli JP.

The store never opens at 11am at Lot 1. There is a rude aunty there who keeps chatting on her phone n doing her own stuff. I had to wait till 11.30am to her rudeness. Prima Deli is never punctual at Lot 1.

One of two staffs were helpful and courteous. She "held the fort" and we bought a cake. The other lady was a drag and created unnecessary toxic environment. Management should understand the reason and improve their motivations.

Served by a rude auntie who wanted to serve us with a leftover piece which was placed at the side.. as it seem soggy and cold, we requested for her to make a new one. She wasn’t very pleased with our request and argued that the waffle is new… i’ve told her i can accept it however if the texture is not fresh or up to standard, will you change it for me? She did not say anything and proceeded to make a new one for us. Our order was a peanut butter waffle but it tasted like a plain waffle, thin layer of peanut butter spread with courtesy from the auntie. I have eaten the waffle of prima deli from so many outlets and this is by far the worse of all… this rude auntie is tarnishing the reputation of prima deli goodly waffle… don’t get me wrong i love prima deli waffle and will still support them, just not this outlet…

Didn’t manage to get anything from this stall … the staff wasn’t alert and couldn’t be bothered to check if there is customer waiting in front of the counter … she was busy chatting with someone else and I was standing there for a few mins waiting to place order, I left after the staff continue to do whatever she was doing without looking up …

I was with my daughter at CCK outlet on 05/02/23 (Sun). We were looking for a birthday cake at the display fridge. One rude lady served us. I asked about 7" cake. She don't even know about the size. Her face showed impatient. While serving us halfway, she went to the washroom. No apology. Totally absurd! I was in a happy mood. Didn't wish to confront her. Finally, we ordered a chocolate cake because my daughter likes that flavour & design. It was promo price! Lack of product knowledge when enquired about the size of that particular design of the cake. That employee at this outlet should also learn how to treat customers politely.

Horrible experience. Had to wait to order as staff was busy looking at the lion dance. Note that there were other customers queueing behind me to order as well. Waffles received was merely undercooked, and very stingy with the chocolate sauce. Not worth the money. Will not patronize this outlet.

Friendly staff. But ABSURDLY stingy with the waffle toppings. Look at my photo, is this a joke??? And this normally costs 2.50? Absolutely ridiculous at how little they put inside. If you told me it was a cheese waffle I wouldnt believe you. Save your 2.50, get a McDonalds mcchicken instead

Please have a sign to let customers know where to queue for waffles because people have cut my queue twice when i'm standing where people normally queue. Sometimes the aunties also take their order when i've been standing in front of them for so long waiting to say my order. The workers don't even lead them to the correct side of the queue. Please do this asap.

Wanted to order a peanut butter + hazelnut waffle. Based on the pricing in the photo, it should be $2.10 plus 90c as additional filling. However, service crew wanted to charge us $3.20. Reason given was it is based on $3 for hazelnut and then 20c for peanut butter as additional filling. Yes it is just 20c difference but this is false marketing and incorrect pricing since this is not stated clearly in the price list. Filling given is also minimal. See attached photo. Used to be my go to for waffles. There are better ones out there now. Will avoid.

Usually, I go here for blueberry waffles. The service is… let’s just say bad. The kind of bad where you start wondering if you’ve been cursed. Recently, I just wanted a few pastries and one singular waffle. Easy, right? There were only three customers. I positioned myself directly in front of the waffle-making station like a hawk staking out prey. The other two customers were waiting for their waffles. Suddenly, a new person strolls in, stands behind me, and they take his order first. Either I blended into the décor like a sentient coat rack or my existence registered on some quantum level where it was both acknowledged and ignored at the same time. So, new strategy: I stand in front of the cashier and grab a butter cake, not because I want it, but because I needed something in case waffles were forever out of reach for me. Then, the waffle station worker looks at me and asks, “Is that all?" Now THIS is my moment. “One blueberry waffle” I declared, finally locking eyes with destiny. At the register, the other worker repeats my order, I confirm it, she hands me my bag — by hand, very traditional — and I walk home, victorious. Or so I thought. I open the bag. Pastries? Check. Butter cake? Check. Blueberry waffle? Missing. Gone. Abducted. Saw it made with my own TWO eyes but perhaps never even put into the bag. I can only hope that in the afterlife, my blueberry waffle and I will be reunited. Until then… I eat the butter cake like it’s my consolation prize from the universe.

Quality dropped and staff very rude. Especially the cashier lady. After payment no receipt given. Purchased on a weekend at around 5pm. Sequence of orders also messy. They can give the customers that order after you, first. It’s messy! Moreover, the waffles is no longer Prima Deli standard. Thin and soft. Not worth brand name and price paid. Disappointing. Peanut $2.10 and chocolate $2.40. Pls refer to photo

The Black Forest Cake was not too dense and was delicious. It is filled with some fillings in between the came, which perfectly matches the taste of the cake itself. The cherries are quite fresh, and the overall presentation of the cake is spectacular and worthy of the money. The chocolate was rich and overall a nice experience enjoying the cake. Bought this for someone's birthday. Highly recommended!

I like their waffles and affordable cakes, not sure why the ratings are so low for this shop. I've been visiting this shop from time to time for many years and it is pretty satisfying so far! The auntie is friendly too
