The waiting time to see the doctor was impressively short—less than 15 minutes. However, the wait for medication dispensing took over 30minutes, despite having 2–3 staff members at the counter, not sure why the process was so slow. Its efficiency could be improved.

Has been with raffles medical group at Lot one for decade. All my family member came to this clinic whenever we need any medical advises and medicine. Very professional advises from Dr Gan and Dr Lim. Nurse was friendly too.

Friendly staff. She (Fadlina) explained well in terms of my pre-employment check up during the phone call. Visited on sat morning and it was a pleasant one through out my checkup. Great service to the whole team.

Am thankful it opened during NDP and therefore can still able to seek medical assistance whilst many GP is closed for today. Waiting area have sufficient chairs to rest. Staffs are helpful and doctor is attentive to patient's description of the ailments.

Very assuring advice given by Dr Gan Ow Tin. Very patient n no rush Nurse Nur Fadlina is the most patient nurse. He spends so much time assuring my son on the blood test. Coax n coax without being angry nor irritated

Waited so long for to collect medications, everyone in the room were so impatient and pissed. Staff at the counter kept shouting across the room to those visiting. Utterly disappointing… Should replace the staffs at the front desk, super bad attitude, and rude. SUPER RUDE. Queue number was 51, waited till its 60 to receive my meds..😠😠😠 By right, every clinic should have at least 1 chinese staff present. From what I see here, most of the patients r elderly, chinese speaking. There are a lot of miscommunication and language barrier.

Dr Gan is a very professional. He explained me whats the problem of my body and give the medicine accordingly. He is doo kind .The counter staff was so approachable specially Fadlina.

13/06/2025. 7-8pm and counting. The timing to see the doctor was very fast, 10-15 mins, doctor was extremely kind and professional. However, the waiting time for the medication was extremely extremely long, never had to wait at other clinics ever, even tho there were 2 staff and not much patients waiting as it’s a night time, the waiting time for medication was unbelievable. Probably would never visit again.

Very helpful, patient and caring. Service excellence despite a busy day where there is quite a number of patients .
