It takes me almost more than half an hour to get my medication which u can’t find anyway. My suggestion is to employ new staff. The current one can’t make it. I don’t think I will come to this clinic anymore unless u don’t mind waiting more than half an hour to get your medication. For your info as of now it was almost more than half an hour I still can’t get my medicine. Don’t apologise do something.

By right, every clinic should have at least 1 chinese staff present. From what I see here, most of the patients r elderly, chinese speaking. There are a lot of miscommunication and language barrier.

The waiting time to see the doctor was impressively short—less than 15 minutes. However, the wait for medication dispensing took over 30minutes, despite having 2–3 staff members at the counter, not sure why the process was so slow. Its efficiency could be improved.

13/06/2025. 7-8pm and counting. The timing to see the doctor was very fast, 10-15 mins, doctor was extremely kind and professional. However, the waiting time for the medication was extremely extremely long, never had to wait at other clinics ever, even tho there were 2 staff and not much patients waiting as it’s a night time, the waiting time for medication was unbelievable. Probably would never visit again.
