My family has been with Raffles Medical Group at Lot One for a decade. All my family members come to this clinic whenever we need any medical advice and medicine. The advice from Dr. Gan and Dr. Lim is very professional. The nurses were friendly too.

Waited so long to collect medications; everyone in the room was so impatient and pissed. Staff at the counter kept shouting across the room to those visiting. Utterly disappointing… The staff at the front desk should be replaced; they have super bad attitudes and are rude. SUPER RUDE. My queue number was 51, and I waited until number 60 to receive my meds. 😠😠😠 Ideally, every clinic should have at least one Chinese staff member present. From what I saw here, most of the patients are elderly, Chinese-speaking. There is a lot of miscommunication and a language barrier.

The waiting time to see the doctor was impressively short—less than 15 minutes. However, the wait for medication dispensing took over 30 minutes, despite having 2–3 staff members at the counter. The reason for the slow process was unclear. Its efficiency could be improved.

Friendly staff. She (Fadlina) explained well regarding my pre-employment check-up during the phone call. My visit on Saturday morning was pleasant throughout my check-up. Great service from the whole team.

Dr. Gan is very professional. He explained to me what's the problem with my body and gave the medicine accordingly. He is too kind. The counter staff was so approachable, especially Fadlina.

13/06/2025. 7-8 PM and counting. The wait time to see the doctor was very fast, 10-15 minutes, and the doctor was extremely kind and professional. However, the waiting time for the medication was extremely long. I've never had to wait this long at other clinics, even though there were two staff and not many patients waiting, especially as it was nighttime. The wait for medication was unbelievable. I probably would never visit again.

I am thankful it opened during NDP, and therefore I was still able to seek medical assistance whilst many GPs were closed for today. The waiting area has sufficient chairs for resting. Staff are helpful, and the doctor is attentive to the patient's description of their ailments.

Very reassuring advice given by Dr. Gan Ow Tin. He was very patient and did not rush. Nurse Nur Fadlina is the most patient nurse. She spends so much time assuring my son about the blood test. She coaxed him without being angry or irritated.
