Ms Jennifer is helpful and warm. She handles patients with lots of care and concern, which is exactly what we need when we feel uncomfortable and unwell. Kudos to such a dedicated staff member!

It takes me more than half an hour to get my medication, which they can't seem to find. My suggestion is to employ new staff. The current staff are not coping. I don't think I will come to this clinic anymore unless you don't mind patients waiting more than half an hour to get their medication. For your information, as of now, it has been more than half an hour, and I still can't get my medicine. Don't apologize. Do something.

We arrived during lunchtime, and unexpectedly, there was no one. Registration and waiting time was very smooth. Dr. Nyi checked my sons thoroughly. We exited the clinic within 30 minutes.

Nurse Fadlina is friendly and helpful. Dr Gan is knowledgeable and always sharing his concern for his patients.

We have been with Raffles Medical Group at Lot One for a decade. All my family members come to this clinic whenever we need medical advice and medicine. Dr Gan and Dr Lim provide very professional advice. The nurses were friendly too.

Waited so long to collect medications. Everyone in the room was so impatient and pissed. Staff at the counter kept shouting across the room to those visiting. Utterly disappointing… The staff at the front desk should be replaced; they have super bad attitudes and are rude. SUPER RUDE. My queue number was 51; I waited until it was 60 to receive my meds. 😠😠😠 Ideally, every clinic should have at least one Chinese-speaking staff present. From what I see here, most of the patients are elderly, Chinese-speaking. There is a lot of miscommunication and language barriers.

The waiting time to see the doctor was impressively short—less than 15 minutes. However, the wait for medication dispensing took over 30 minutes, despite having 2–3 staff members at the counter. I'm not sure why the process was so slow. Its efficiency could be improved.
