Innovative halal-certified Japanese-inspired sandwich kiosk by Swee Heng at Lot One, featuring colorful natural bread and creative sandos from .80, operating daily 10 AM-10 PM.
San.wich by Swee Heng at Lot One Shoppers' Mall brings innovative Japanese-inspired halal sandwiches to the Choa Chu Kang community, operated by the trusted team behind Singapore's popular Swee Heng bakery chain. Located at #B1-K21 and open daily from 10am-10pm, this colorful concept store opened in February 2023 with a unique approach to sandwich making that combines Japanese sando techniques with natural ingredients and creative flavors. The name derives from the Chinese character '三' meaning 'three,' symbolizing the three layers that create their signature sandwich structure, while maintaining halal certification ensures accessibility for Singapore's diverse community.
The distinctive menu features naturally colored bread baked daily using ingredients like pumpkin, beetroot, and sweet potato without artificial coloring, creating vibrant foundations for creative sandwich combinations starting from .80. Popular options include the signature Soy Garlic Chicken Cutlet and Cheese with Egg (.00) featuring grilled chicken and scrambled eggs in pumpkin bread, Spicy Korean Chicken and Kimchi with Egg (.20), plus sweet varieties like Cream Cheese Apple Sandwich and Kit Kat Brownie Sandwich (both .20). Seafood selections include Tuna with Egg Mayo in red beetroot bread and Snow Crab with Egg in yellow pumpkin bread, while the Assorted Fruits Sandwich offers fresh strawberry, melon, and kiwi for lighter appetites.
Strategically positioned within Lot One's food court area, San.wich provides convenient access to fresh, affordable gourmet sandwiches prepared in-store daily to ensure optimal quality and flavor. The innovative concept has gained significant popularity since opening, with customers praising the creative combination of natural ingredients, Japanese techniques, and accessible pricing that typically allows for satisfying meals around 0 for three sandwiches. Available through foodpanda and Deliveroo for home delivery within 32 minutes, San.wich continues to serve the growing demand for healthy, Instagram-worthy food options that combine visual appeal with genuine flavor innovation in Singapore's competitive F&B landscape.
I was purchased and consume the sandwich within an hour, but the roasted chicken and pumpkin sandwich got mold🙃This is super disgusting!!! Please everyone be careful when eating. Check before you eat!

Tried this recently, it looks really pretty but not worth the price and hype if there's queue. It gets quite messy to eat too, not the type of on-the-go sandwich. For the fruit "cake".wich, it's like having a cake with bread around it, it's not bad but not something that I will go back to.

Bought two boxes of sandwiches just now at their AMk branch. One of them has mold. Hopefully my girl , who took a bite of the sandwich won't fall sick!

What seemed like a healthier sandwich turned out to have cheese in it. Why wasn't it written in the label? I hope the seller doesn't think everyone likes fake cheeses in their sandwiches.
I don't mind paying more (expensive to say the least) if there are healthy options.

Expensive for its size and not worth the hype.
Thankfully I didn’t queue when it first open. Only bought it the other day because there was not many people queuing to try.
The sandwiches are really small for the price (SGD3).
Had their Chilli Crab w Egg which is a little on the sweet side. Also got their Soy Garlic Chicken Cutlet & Cheese w Egg. LOL what a long name, it's good but super small and not worth the price.

Best Sando ever! Lots of ingredients and cheap. $9.60 for buy 3 get a free at 9.40 pm. I have eaten a lot of expensive Sando that isn’t much better.

Took over the space of a rather short-lived fruit drinks stall. Plenty of choices! Also has those pretty fruit sandwiches you see in Japanese bakeries, but these are the cheap(er) version.

Very pretty and colourful sandwiches. And they were tasty too!

Bought at night have buy 3 get 1 free offer, tried for the first time the signature smoked chicken with pumpkin is abit dry otherwise personally I feel that the normal white bread tends to be on the hard side while the coloured is softer though the colour concept is cool but I feel like it all taste just like bread lol😂

Their sandos are always sold out, so I finally got my hands on them! Taste-wise is great, I got the Ebi Patty, Smoked Chicken (signature) and Chilli Crab. Only con was that the price is steep given its a really small sandwich.

Very interesting sandwiches concept by Swee Heng! But I find the kiosk too small, hence all the containers and trays are stacked all around, making it alittle untidy. But in terms of selection, there are a lot of choices; chicken floss, chicken fillet, chicken luncheon, chilli crab and etc. I like the chilli crab and egg mayo ones. The sandwiches re covered with different type of bread. You probably will find yourself buying a few. Imagine pumpkin bread or tomato bread. 😂 Always long queue when I pass by. But I still find myself queueing for it!

Established in February 2023 and operated under the Swee Heng Bakery group, the halal-certified San.wich By Swee Heng is a sandwich concept chain, inspired by the Japanese sando or sandwich. San.wich By Swee Heng has been attracting attention with their tasty, beautifully crafted sando sandwiches, all made with fresh natural ingredients each day.
.
Ambience at San.wich By Swee Heng is casual takeaway, though some outlets have adjourning modern seating in a brightly lit environment. Still, these sandwiches are designed to be eaten on the go, and the compact yet eye-catching packaging is rightly appropriate.
.
Service at San.wich By Swee Heng is brusque but quick, with staff tabulating and efficiently packing orders. Payment is made over the counter, and while staff have sufficient knowledge to respond to queries, they typically do so in curt fashion to move the line along.
.
Food at San.wich By Swee Heng is Modern Singaporean cuisine, with their sandwiches featuring a range of local favourites packed in Japanese sando sandwich style. Ingredients are fresh, and they tend to sell out daily. Portions are nicely sized for snacking or light meals.

Prices have a slight premium, budget about SGD $10 per person for 3 sandwiches.

Pretty pricey for the size of their sandwiches, wished it was made fresh. However, it always smells really good at the start of the day. Tasted decent when I bought them at night, I guess that’s fine given a 3 for 1 promotion towards the end of the day. Interesting flavours of bread available. Recommend the chicken fillet ones. Friendly staff. Fussy free if you just wanna grab a healthier bite.

Really delicious, well made, fresh sandwiches! Many flavours available. Packaging is good too. The coloured breads made from natural ingredients are attractive and definitely a plus point :) Would only request if some non-meat options are available perhaps egg mayo or tempeh?
