Non of the Thai food actually tastes authentic. Pad Thai is too sweet and oily. Basil chicken is too wet of sauce and weak fragrant. I don’t actually complain the speed of the food coming out of the kitchen unless is bad. But it actually took less than 2mins for the item to be out. Don’t know if they actually cooked or microwaved it.

I recently visited Sanook Kitchen at Lot One and was quite disappointed. Food: The taste of the food was okay; it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t blow me away either. Service: Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff seemed inattentive, which detracted from the experience.Unfortunately, they served the wrong order, which was quite frustrating. We order Ala carte green curry chicken but they serve us the set and just left the green curry chicken without saying anything and refuse to change, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive during the process. Then, another staff came, she told us the order was wrong and promised to add chicken for us but ended up she said the order was correct. Eventually, there is very few chicken meat like 3-4 small cuts inside just for a la carte price! This is ridiculous! Pricing: The prices are quite high for what you get, and the portions were surprisingly small. I expected more value for my money. Overall, I can't recommend trying this restaurant. There are better options out there for a more satisfying dining experience.

Have dined in this restaurant a few times. Not a fan of spicy but their spice level is at an acceptable tolerance for me. I like how the restaurant’s cleanliness is maintained. Yesterday was the first time I was seated near to the kitchen. My experiences with such seats weren’t very pleasant but in this restaurant, it was a lot better. Seats were cleaned, and it didn’t feel as if we were next to the kitchen. Service was also excellent. Throughout my multiple times dining here, there were one or two whose attitude weren’t pleasant, but the staff overall were very friendly. I remember there was one dish I asked the staff if they could tell the kitchen to put in less chili and they happily obliged. The food was delicious, but think the chefs could skimp more on the salt. One dish we ordered was the Stir-fried Kailan with mushrooms. It was mixed with the Oyster Sauce and it was a bit salty. However, the food was still delicious, especially the prawn cake 😋 Will definitely be returning to dine as and when we could. 👍

Food: Orders were served promptly within 5 minutes. Staff was quick to usher us to the table, despite a visible crowd in the restaurant. Orders were through a QR code which can be scanned from the table. Prices are fairly affordable. Their Kai Lan and Sweet & Sour fish are really good. Service: Used utensils and cutlery were picked up by the staff very quickly. Dishes were served in a very prompt manner. For families, there are free popcorn which is self served. Good value added services, but hygiene is an issue as you might not know if the previous diners' hands are clean or not. Atmosphere: Okay, comfortable sitting arrangements and spaces between each table fairly wide. Overall a good 4 star rating given by me. Sanook Kitchen is just like your Thai food McDonald's style. If you have a craving for Thai food and don't want to burn a big hole in your pocket, this is the place you should visit. Damage is about SGD 25 to 30 per pax, inclusive of GST and service charge.

Food delicious as usual but there’s changes of their services compare previously. Friendly and good service and came with free popcorn. It gave me a good impression and sure will come back again.

Delicious Thai food, though the lemon grass drink was too sweet. Was here on a Sunday at 1130. Comfortable crowd with more people streaming in later. Free popcorn.

Popcorn is better than anywhere u can find easily. Free flow somemore!! Typical Thai food. Serving is decent for family to share. Water is self service and free flow as well. The 2 chilli selections are damn spicy!!! Service is fast and courteous. Location is very good on 1st floor, right behind bus stop. A lot of locations. HILLION Mall also has an outlet. Food comes really hot. The AC and fan is very strong as well. Lots of seats in the restaurant. Clean place as well

Had a great meal at Sanook Kitchen! The menu has a lot of variety, and everything I tried was super tasty—especially the pineapple fried rice with chicken. I’m glad they were able to swap the shrimp for chicken without any hassle. The flavors were authentic and the portions just right. The staff were really friendly and the place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Prices are reasonable too, so it’s perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with friends. Will definitely be coming back to try more dishes!
