I used to have a fixed senior therapist since I was a regular, but over time they just swap the therapist out to newer ones without informing me, and I always get different therapists. The more I went, the more lacklustre the service was, especially with the shoulder massage which was barely even a massage, the extraction, and most of it just seemed rushed. Once they get you to sign after hard selling, they don’t really care about you anymore.

Shoulder massage is just 5min, just go thru the motion. Extraction also do in a rush not clean at all. I still have to extract myself after facial. They will arrange their customers very packed resulting low attention, as they will attended to other customers.
They will cancel your appointment when beautician has something on. They will not have backup beautician to serve on ur appointment day when you already pushed away other appointment to go for your facial.
Most important thing is, never see my face has any improvement after so many sessions with them.

It took away from the relaxation I was hoping for. I understand that businesses need to promote their services, but there’s a fine line between informing and pressuring.
I hope the management can work on creating a more comfortable environment where customers don’t feel obligated or guilt-tripped into making purchases. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way in encouraging repeat visits.
