Buy 1 get 1 free. Finally, Skechers Lo1 has size 13 for many designs. So happy! This is the year of blessing. Very comfortable slipper. Running shoes and walking shoes... Best to have different shoes for the gym and office. Definitely coming back for more. Thank you, Skechers.

All staff at the Lot 1 outlet are not well trained. They are very rude and talk badly in front of customers, especially an Indian lady, NATHIYAH SUBRAMANIAM. Service sucks.

A Chinese male staff member was incredibly rude to me. I wasn't even trying on shoes; I was just touching two pairs. He was pushy and incredibly rude.
His exact words were: "HOW YOU WANT TO BUY?!"
I replied, "Wait, let me just look first."
Then he said: "DON'T TOUCH! MY BOSS WILL BE VERY ANGRY!"
Hello Sketchers Company, please train your staff not to be rude to customers and hurt people's feelings. If you don't want people to touch your items, then don't sell them. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

This is a rather belated review for an experience my family member encountered around late August 2024. After making a purchase and before leaving the store, my family member spotted a promotion displayed at the store entrance that mentioned a free pair of sandals would be given for purchases above $150. Since the purchase was above $150, my family member questioned why they were not entitled to the promotion. The staff appeared rather upset and informed that they could choose from a certain range only. The most shocking part was their claim that they had to pay the same amount again to process the free item, and the amount to be refunded would be by cash in three days. Nothing sounded right — how would they provide the refund? It was not explained. My family member felt that it was strange and decided to leave and not get the free item, as it required them to pay double their purchase. Later, one of the staff came to give the pair of sandals after my family member had already left the shop. What I want to say is that this seems like a very weird practice, and it makes me wonder what they would have done with the supposedly free sandals they accumulated. Perhaps the explanation was lost in translation. But neither of the staff apologized for missing the promotion, and it appeared they were even annoyed that the customer discovered there was a promotion.

Quite disappointed with the service. Most of the shoes were out of sizes. I wonder if the staff checked the stock availability. No wonder there's a 'buy 2 get 1 free' promotion. I guess it's just to clear out old stock and less appealing shoe designs. I may consider visiting another outlet or other shoe brands.

I visited Skechers Lot 1 on Sunday noon. There were lots of people buying shoes, as there was a promotion: buy 1 pair of shoes and get the second one at $19 or at half price.
I needed shoes without laces. I was looking for pump shoes that are comfortable for 4-5 km walks.
Chuan Sook Li approached me when I was admiring shoes for women.
Though it was a busy time for her, she did not ignore me.
I told her what I was looking for, and she not only managed to check shoes for my foot size, but she also didn't rush me.
I bought two pairs for $128.
I also bought insoles for those shoes.
Sally spoke to me politely while removing the price tag from the shoes I decided to buy and wear.
I would say, this outlet has a great collection of shoes, and the service is good too. Well done, Chuan Sook Li and Sally!

Tried on a total of 4 shoes and took a while before deciding to purchase 2 of them. The staff were friendly, helpful, and they recommended some other shoes. Thank you! ^^
