The staff had a very bad attitude and very rude at Lot One CCK branch. We entered the shop a few minutes before 9:00 PM and the kids are very happy, but although the closing time was listed as 9:30 PM with a note about potential changes due to New Year, the staff abruptly turned off the lights and instructed my whole family to leave the shop. It was very unprofessional, and we feel disappointed about this attitude. We had planned to buy a lot of things for presents to bring to the Philippines, but it’s so sad that these people don’t know how to entertain their customers.👎👎👎 👎👎👎
