The China lady was super rude. She pushed my head to direct me to the mirror then she pushed my head towards her for the piercing. I was really upset as I find it rude. Hope the management will do something about her attitude.

i went there to piece my second piercing and the young woman was very kind and gentle with me and she told me to come back after two weeks so that she could help me take out the piercing! will definitely recommend going there to pierce!

Kids went in the shop and trying the toys before buying. The staff told us cannot put on floor to try. So we paid for the 2 dinosaurs and went out of shop to play to discover 1 is spoiled. Went back to the shop, the staff say the item is good when u purchase, now cannot exchange or anything due to item is from China. Hello!!! Just less than 1min issue, cannot test in store, how u claim the item is good when purchase?

Im rarely write reviews but jus wanna create awareness of the change to this shop... Went to the shop ystd (13th July 2019) to get my first ever piercings for both my ear lobes. I could agree the 2 china girls that used to work here were rude and had a 'i dont give a f***' attitude. However, ystd wasnt the 2 of them anymore. It was a nice local mature chinese lady (i dont wan to call her 'old' and she is just too sweet of a lady) and one young chinese girl. Attended by the mature lady when i entered the shop, told her abt my intention to get my ears pierced and she was so nice to explain how they go abt it. Got my ears pierced by the young one and she was quite professional. She was very attentive when the holes she marked wasn't to my liking and she accommodated to my request. Cleaned the equipment in my view before the pierce and cleaned my ears before and after the piercings. Explained the aftercare clearly and politely. She even told me to come back after 2 weeks for her to check if the piercings healed and if i could change to proper pair of earrings by then, she would help me with it. Hope this shop changed for the better with these 2 around. Surprised with the number of people in the shop patronizing comparing those bad days with the 2 China girls where the shop is almost empty every single time i was there. Hope my review would change your perspective of this shop. These 2 staffs were too nice, even my wife couldn't resist leaving the shop without buying anything and got herself a pair of earrings as well.

I don’t understand the 2.9 stars. I was there yesterday to get my piercings cleaned and replaced and the uncle bossman was super professional, gentle and most of all super friendly. I highly recommend this store. The accessories are very affordable as well.

Reading the past reviews for this shop; I believe this shop changed for the better. Andrew was patient and professional when doing the ear stud for me and explained the aftercare for your ears ; explaining the importance of the hygiene. Thumbs up!

Brought my daughter to pierce her ears. Uncle was really kind and nice. He did advice me that my girl would not want to pierce the other side if she had already pierce the first earlobe. True enough she cried and did not want to pierce again. Uncle was really patient as I went to walk around to distract my daughter. Came back and the young lady help to pierce the other side. Fast process and healing well too (: Recommended!

Bought a pair of studs, stepped out for a sec only to realize it was the wrong pair. Went back in to ask to change, staff vehemently say cannot. He had a very f-ed up attitude. Buy at own risk.
