I bought a pair of studs. Stepped out for a second only to realize they were the wrong pair. I went back in to ask to exchange them, but the staff vehemently said no. He had a very f***ed up attitude. Buy at your own risk.

The woman was extremely rude. She pushed my head to direct me to the mirror, and then again towards her for the piercing. I was very upset, as I found her actions rude. I hope the management will address her attitude.

Piercings here, you cannot trust. Twice, my nose piercings came out after being done here because they were never poked properly.

I went there to pierce my second piercing. The young woman was very kind and gentle with me, and she told me to come back after two weeks so that she could help me take out the piercing! I will definitely recommend going there to get pierced!

Reading past reviews for this shop, I believe it has changed for the better. Andrew was patient and professional when doing my ear stud and explained the aftercare for my ears, emphasizing the importance of hygiene. Thumbs up!

I rarely write reviews, but I just want to create awareness of the changes to this shop.
I went to the shop yesterday (13th July 2019) to get my first-ever piercings for both my earlobes. I agree the two Chinese girls who used to work here were rude and had an 'I don't give a f***' attitude. However, yesterday, it wasn't the two of them anymore. It was a nice local, mature Chinese lady (I don't want to call her 'old' as she is just too sweet of a lady) and one young Chinese girl. When I entered the shop, the mature lady attended to me. I told her about my intention to get my ears pierced, and she was so nice to explain how they go about it.
I got my ears pierced by the young one, and she was quite professional. She was very attentive when the holes she marked weren't to my liking, and she accommodated my request. She cleaned the equipment in my view before piercing and cleaned my ears both before and after the piercings. She explained the aftercare clearly and politely. She even told me to come back after two weeks for her to check if the piercings had healed, and if I could change to a proper pair of earrings by then, she would help me with it.
I hope this shop has changed for the better with these two around. I was surprised by the number of people in the shop patronizing, compared to those bad days with the two Chinese girls when the shop was almost empty every single time I was there.
I hope my review will change your perspective of this shop. These two staff members were too nice; even my wife couldn't resist leaving the shop without buying anything, and she even got herself a pair of earrings as well.

I don’t understand the 2.9 stars. I was there yesterday to get my piercings cleaned and replaced, and the uncle bossman was super professional, gentle, and most of all super friendly. I highly recommend this store. The accessories are very affordable as well.

Kids went into the shop and were trying the toys before buying. The staff told us we couldn't put them on the floor to try. So we paid for the two dinosaurs and went out of the shop to play, only to discover one was spoiled. We went back to the shop, and the staff said the item was good when purchased. Now, it couldn't be exchanged or anything because the item is from China. Hello!!! This was an issue that occurred in less than a minute. We couldn't test it in the store, so how can you claim the item is good when purchased?

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. Uncle was really kind and nice. He advised me that my daughter would not want to pierce the second ear if she had already pierced the first earlobe. Sure enough, she cried and did not want to pierce again. Uncle was really patient as I walked around to distract my daughter. When I came back, the young lady helped to pierce the other side. The process was fast, and it's healing well too (: Recommended!
