Bought a pair of studs, stepped out for a sec only to realize it was the wrong pair. Went back in to ask to change, staff vehemently say cannot. He had a very f-ed up attitude. Buy at own risk.

Came into the shop to buy a hat. One China staff was busy watching show and when I ask about the hat it's like I owe her money. Last time I am buying things in that shop. Hope they fire her or the shop is going to close down sooner or later.

Was at Lot 1 outlet on 22/3/19, 2.50pm. The 2 staff inside were super rude. I wonder how do they do business. Well, no wonder no customers inside.

The China staff was rude lol her attitude like I owned her something ... not very professional the way, she pierced my nose she used a lot of force on my neck direct to her gosh, feel like I almost get murder ....that scares me that horrible experience I will never come back again.

Arrived here today at 9:38 PM, but it was closed. I had still called earlier to ask if it closed at 10 PM. The Chinese staff member was basically rude. She was still inside to answer my phone call, arguing that I didn't ask for the closing time.

The staff member was rude; her attitude was as if I owed her something. The way she pierced my nose was not very professional, as she used a lot of force on my neck, pulling it directly towards her. I felt like I was almost murdered. That scared me; it was a horrible experience, and I will never come back again.
