Dry Cleaning done at Mr Jeff Lot One twice with very bad experience . Would not recommend their service to anyone. Summary of the first experience - Sent items for Dry Cleaning and stains was still visible on my items. Re-sent for washing and stain was still visible. Had to send for a third wash before the stain was removed. Summary of the second experince - Requested items to be Dry Clean. Staff over the counter was not sure on pricing. Had to check with the Manager. I had informed the staff to check for any stains or defects in-front of me to confirm before sending for Dry Cleaning. Staff mentioned will check on their end and any issues will be highlighted before washing. No information was sent to the customer of any issues before washing. Went to collect the items from Mr Jeff, multiple stains was found on the items sent. Staff and Manger was quick to brush off and said stains appear to be there before sending for Dry Cleaning. Case in point, was there any information highlihghted to the customer before sending for Dry Cleaning? Is it appropriate now to push back the issue to the customer? Whereby the customer had advised to check on the spot before sending for Dry Cleaning. Excuse of saying the staff newly join should be accepted by the customer over stains found on the Dry Cleaning items? No information sent to customer that the stains was not removed. Can the customer accept that the items was indeed sent for second dry cleaning? Manager was not able to attend to customer question immediately upon collection. And was asked to sign indemnity form (which the staff has no idea about) before sending for third dry cleaning. Benefit of the doubt, customer will unwillingly accept three items as existing stains. Nonetheless, customer should be wrong not to force the staff to check on the spot before sending to dry cleaning. Maybe there is no value added service here. One item will be sent to rewash as we are certain the stain was not there from the start. Bad experience.

Place is super bad. They screwed up my collection date, took 2 weeks and never got back to me, when I was told it would be done in a week. I had to rush them for the collection and had to go down to kaki bukit myself to collect my suit. Along the collar area of my white suit had some light shade of stain too. Very bad service. Emailed them about my issue and have yet to get back to me. Was not even compensated for my bad experience yet.

I compliment Doris. She is very good, very polite, and friendly, making customers happy. She is really up-to-date on all my shirts, which is good. I am a happy customer and will continue to use Jeff and Doris's services. Doris is hardworking and helps customers with urgent needs.

This place is terrible. They messed up my collection date. It took two weeks, and they never got back to me, even though I was told it would be done in a week. I had to rush them for the collection, and had to go down to Kaki Bukit myself to collect my suit. The collar area of my white suit also had a light stain. Very bad service. I emailed them about my issue, and they have yet to get back to me. I was not even compensated for my bad experience yet.

I've had two very bad experiences with dry cleaning at Mr Jeff Lot One. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Summary of the first experience: I sent items for dry cleaning, and stains were still visible on my items. I re-sent them for washing, and the stain was still visible. I had to send them for a third wash before the stain was removed. Summary of the second experience: I requested items to be dry cleaned. The staff over the counter was not sure about pricing and had to check with the manager. I had informed the staff to check for any stains or defects in front of me to confirm before sending for dry cleaning. The staff mentioned they would check on their end, and any issues would be highlighted before washing. No information was sent to the customer regarding any issues before washing. When I went to collect the items from Mr Jeff, multiple stains were found on the items. The staff and manager were quick to brush it off and said the stains appeared to be there before sending for dry cleaning. Case in point: Was any information highlighted to the customer before sending for dry cleaning? Is it appropriate now to push the issue back to the customer, especially when the customer had advised them to check on the spot before sending for dry cleaning? Should the excuse of saying the staff newly joined be accepted by the customer, especially over stains found on the dry-cleaned items? No information was sent to the customer that the stains were not removed. Can the customer accept that the items were indeed sent for a second dry cleaning? The manager was not able to attend to my questions immediately upon collection. I was then asked to sign an indemnity form (which the staff had no idea about) before sending for a third dry cleaning. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I will unwillingly accept three items as having existing stains. Nonetheless, I should not be blamed for not forcing the staff to check on the spot before sending to dry cleaning. Maybe there is no value-added service here. One item will be sent for rewashing, as I am certain the stain was not there from the start. Overall, a bad experience.
