Great service and excellent value for money. 👍 I sent my two-piece suit for dry cleaning, and they did a great job. They WhatsApped me when it was due for collection (5 days later), and my suit came back smelling and looking like new. They are also more competitively priced than any other dry cleaner in the CCK/BP area.

Zero-star service. The service was horrible; the person attending to me asked me to wait impolitely before I even said anything. I told him I knew where my clothes were and I only had a 10-minute parking grace period, but he said I still needed to wait regardless because he couldn't find the clothes of the customer he was attending to. The way he conveyed the message was unpleasant and rude. He cannot just throw a tantrum at customers because he couldn't find the previous customer's clothes.

My past experiences with The Care Laundry were pleasant, but my recent one was not. I was overcharged for the laundry service. I sent in 5 winter jackets, but was charged for 6. I only realised this when I collected the jackets. The staff told me that they would get back to me, but after one week and a few messages, I have still heard nothing from them. Disappointing customer service.

I sent my laundry on January 5th with a collection date set for January 14th. Unfortunately, I had to follow up four times after the 14th, and only received my laundry on January 24th. The service was quite disorganized, and one of the **guys** who I spoke with over the phone was not friendly or helpful. If you are in a hurry to get your laundry done, please be aware of these issues.

My winter clothes were sent for washing last Sunday. Delivery was supposed to be today. I called thrice (with two-hour intervals between the first two calls and nearly four hours before the last call) – each call said they would update, but they never did. When I called back the outlet (CCK), the man was not apologetic and sounded super annoyed that I kept following up. I think the service could be better. This was my first time doing laundry with this company, but it failed me badly.

The store advertises closing at 9:00 PM. I arrived at 8:40 PM, and Anthony refused to take my order, stating that he had already closed up and asked me to come another day. He asked me to pay cash, but people hardly carry cash in this cashless era. So he asked me to suggest something else. 1. As a staff member, aren't you supposed to be providing a solution? 2. I suggested using Capitaland to pay for the service, but he still insisted it wasn't possible because he had already closed up. So, what was the point of asking me to suggest a solution? I do not live near Choa Chu Kang and made the trip to Lot 1 to clean my items. Instead of providing any alternative, he asked me to come back another day. I should not have been penalised just because one man wanted to go home earlier on a seemingly quiet day. The irony is that my friend was wondering why I was so insistent on coming to this store instead of one closer to my home, and I told her it was because I’ve been here before and liked their service. I have been a repeat customer of this store, but after this experience, I will not be coming back.

Here's the lightly edited review: Should have read the reviews before sending in my child's stroller. TLDR: 9 days for a stroller wash. If you don't have a spare stroller at home like me and have a fairly outdoor schedule with your child, you may want to take note. On Tuesday, June 24, I sent the stroller in and was told I could pick it up from the outlet in 5-7 days. A week went by with no update at all until I whatsapped them on Tuesday, July 1. They offered free home delivery on Wednesday, July 2, evening (5-9 PM) as service recovery. However, I received a text on Wednesday, 8:30 PM, that they were unable to fulfill it, and would see if Thursday, July 3, morning was possible. There was no update the whole morning until I texted at 12 PM, and was told that delivery would be around 3 PM. Finally, I received my stroller at 2 PM. This was my first time using the service, and it was an unfortunate experience. At least staff Owen was responsive to WhatsApp texts, though updates could be more prompt. The overall delay resulted in my husband and I having to heavily rely on a carrier, especially with a fairly outdoorsy weekend schedule with my child. This was not the most fun for my back, which feels more strained now.

The operator on the phone was very polite and professional. That gave comfort and assurance. However, the actual service and deliverables were much less assuring. Coats weren't cleaned well and still had stains/marks. Though they offered to reprocess and re-clean them, this should not have happened in the first place.

It was a tale of two halves. The senior male who took my order was cold and unresponsive, but the senior female for collection was warm and friendly. The dry cleaning for my coat was good for the price I paid. Though told to bring along a hanger and coat cover, it wasn't necessary, as the finished packaging was good enough.
