Operator on phone is very polite and professional sounding. That gave comfort and assurance. however the actual service & deliverables are much less assuring. Coats weren't cleaned well and had stains/marks still. Though they offered to reprocess to re clean, this should not have happened in the 1st place.

TLDR: All in all, 9 days for a stroller wash. If you don't have a spare stroller at home like me and have a fairly outdoor schedule with the child, may want to take note.
Sent in on Tues 24 June and was told I can pick it up from the outlet in 5-7 days. A week went by with no update at all, until I whatsapped them on Tues 1 July.
They offered free home delivery on Weds 2 July evening (5-9pm) as service recovery. However, received text on Weds 8.30pm that they were unable to fulfil, and will see if Thurs 3 July morning was possible. No update the whole morning until I texted at 12pm, and was told that delivery would be around 3pm. Finally received my stroller at 2pm.
First time using the service and it was unfortunately how it was. At least staff Owen was responsive to whatsapp texts, though updates could be more prompt.
The overall delay resulted in me and husband having to heavily rely on using a carrier, especially with a fairly outdoorsy weekend schedule with my child. Not the most fun for my back, which feels more strained now.

Store publicise as closing at 9pm, I came at 8.40pm and Anthony refused to take my order citing that he has already closed up and ask me to come another day. He asked me to pay cash, but people hardly carry cash in these cashless era. So he asked me to suggest something else instead
1. As a staff are you not suppose to be providing a solution instead?
2. I suggested using Capitaland to pay for the service and he still insisted cannot as he closed up already. So what was the point of asking me to suggest a solution?
I do not stay near Choa Chu Kang and made the trip to Lot 1 to clean my items and instead of providing any other alternative he ask me to come back another day. I should not have been penalised just because man wanted to go home earlier on a seemingly quiet day
The irony is that my friend was wondering why I was so insistent on coming to this store instead of something closer to my home and I said it was because I’ve been here before and I like their service.
I have been a repeated customer of this store, but after this experience I would not be coming back.

I sent my laundry on January 5th with a collection date set for January 14th. Unfortunately, I had to follow up four times after the 14th, and only received my laundry on January 24th. The service was quite disorganized, and one of the guy who I spoke with to over the phone was not friendly or helpful. If you are in a hurry to get your laundry done, please be aware of these issues.

My past experiences with The Care Laundry were pleasant, but not the recent one. I was overcharged for the laundry service. I sent in 5 winter jackets, but was charged for 6. I only realised it when I collected the jackets. The staff told.me that they would get back to me, but after 1 week and few messages still nothing heard from them. Disappointing customer service.

Not even a star service. The service was horrible , the person attending to me ask me to wait in an impolite manner before I even say anything. I told him I knew where was my clothes and I only have a grace period of 10 mins parking yet he said I still need to wait regardless cause he can’t find the cloth of the customer who he was attending to. The way he conveyed the message was unpleasant and rude. He cannot just throw his tantrum at customers because he cannot find the clothes of the previous customer.

I had informed the staff to check for any stains or defects in-front of me to confirm before sending for Dry Cleaning. Staff mentioned will check on their end and any issues will be highlighted before washing. No information was sent to the customer of any issues before washing.
Went to collect the items from Mr Jeff, multiple stains was found on the items sent. Staff and Manger was quick to brush off and said stains appear to be there before sending for Dry Cleaning.
Case in point, was there any information highlihghted to the customer before sending for Dry Cleaning? Is it appropriate now to push back the issue to the customer? Whereby the customer had advised to check on the spot before sending for Dry Cleaning. Excuse of saying the staff newly join should be accepted by the customer over stains found on the Dry Cleaning items?
No information sent to customer that the stains was not removed. Can the customer accept that the items was indeed sent for second dry cleaning? Manager was not able to attend to customer question immediately upon collection. And was asked to sign indemnity form (which the staff has no idea about) before sending for third dry cleaning.
Benefit of the doubt, customer will unwillingly accept three items as existing stains. Nonetheless, customer should be wrong not to force the staff to check on the spot before sending to dry cleaning. Maybe there is no value added service here.
One item will be sent to rewash as we are certain the stain was not there from the start.

Place is super bad. They screwed up my collection date, took 2 weeks and never got back to me, when I was told it would be done in a week. I had to rush them for the collection and had to go down to kaki bukit myself to collect my suit. Along the collar area of my white suit had some light shade of stain too. Very bad service.
