Heavenly coffee and tea, along with plenty of Western delights including sandwiches, pastries, cakes, pies, puffs, salads, croissants, sausages, breakfast platters, brioche, and croquettes. Love the unique nitro cold brew coffee. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients, tender, loving, and skillful cooking, and warm service. Spacious, air-conditioned lounge with free Wi-Fi and a relaxing atmosphere, offering comfortable seating for surfing the web. Conveniently located at the heart of the Lot One neighborhood, it's within walking distance via a covered pathway to the Choa Chu Kang MRT and bus interchange, surrounded by plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, a library, cinemas, entertainment, groceries, sundries, postage services, a community centre, and other amenities nearby. A friendly, cozy, and welcoming ambience for romantic intimates, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

The service staff had a good attitude and helped to top up my cold coffee for takeaway. The environment was clean, with seating spread quite far apart. The Egg Ben tasted great with sugarless white coffee. A beautiful breakfast to start the day.

Look at the cake, fallen on its side. And the cappuccino that looked like muddy, frothy milk. The service staff spilled the coffee all over the place, and I had to complain before he cleaned up the dirty cup and replaced the saucer. And, oh, the cappuccino tasted so watery. What kind of a low-quality coffee joint is this!

Located on Level 1 of Lot 1 Mall. Standard menu across the outlets. Service was good. The staff member who took my order was patient and polite. The place was kept clean and tidy. Great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The merchandise was well displayed and neatly arranged. Overall experience was great. Would definitely come to this outlet more frequently.

I dropped my headphones in the shop and called them hours later. Employee Amanina responded and kept my belongings safe until I was able to return for them. Thank you again for the honesty!!

The friendly staff helped me with the Coffee Bean app. It's a great place to enjoy your favourite cup of Java.

Unpleasant experience at CBTL Lot One! If you see a customer waiting to place an order, shouldn't you attend to them instead of chit-chatting and taking your time? That’s what staff Lana and Nora did. Also, please teach staff Lana what the difference is between Nets and Credit payments. I clearly mentioned Nets payment, but she made me tap the credit payment TWICE. I worked at a coffee shop, and it’s really not hard to differentiate between credit and Nets payments. Also, if you want to talk about customers, make sure you do it discreetly, or even better, tell them to their face! Instead, Lana went to Nora to talk about customers. 🥹😵

28 Dec 2023 Ordered a breakfast waffle platter and Eggs Benedict. The waffles were rock-hard, dry, and tasteless. The scrambled eggs were also dry and tasteless (McDonald's breakfast scrambled eggs could do 100% better than these). The Eggs Benedict were far too runny; the bread was soaked in a sea of runny eggs. I provided feedback to the staff about the waffles, but they didn't seem to care much; their reply was a dismissive "Oh, okay." Honestly, I have never tasted such horrible waffles, which is why I am giving such strong feedback. This is not my first time having Coffee Bean breakfast, and this is the worst branch I have encountered. Total $37. Utterly not worth it.

I always like Coffee Bean. This time, I ordered a Chai Latte and a Cafe Latte. Both were super hot that I had to open the lids to let them cool down before I could sip again. I almost got my lip burned by the super hot drinks.

Here's the edited review: Located at Lot One, take the North South MRT red line and alight at Choa Chu Kang. It is right at its exit. Coffee Bean is at Level 1 of the Lot One mall. The design of this outlet is great, but unfortunately, they have implemented a policy that does not allow dine-in customers to use laptops or tablets. Ironically, I can see dine-in customers reading books or studying, and even using mobile phones, but not tablets or laptops. Not sure what their intention is with this restriction. The attitude of their employees at this outlet is distasteful. I hope the management will look into this. Coffee Bean used to be my go-to choice, as their coffee selection is suited to my taste compared to Starbucks. After encountering this policy at this outlet, I turned around and walked right out of the mall and went across the road to Starbucks, where they have ample space. They have ample tables for laptop use and reading books, but they too have a policy prohibiting studying. Compared to Starbucks, which is more understanding and flexible, this is so unexpected from Coffee Bean.
