This lady 'Yi Ern' or whatever Ern from Lot One, called and was being so rude when I told her I have no interest. She was rude to begin with when she made the phone call. Shame on this Malaysian caller. Did you guys perform any assessment on her? I'm pretty sure the call is recorded for training purposes. Please trace and listen to the way she talks!!!!

Banks should just open weekends
And close on weekdays
Spent 2hrs queuing and
still not getting stuff done 😂
Queue 1030am
Staff already mentioned wait 4hrs
But we still insisted to join
Now 4.45pm finished
summary is 6hrs queue for a 30mins job
We hate going to the bank to queue for our money 💰

I really think UOB should station mortgage specialists at each branch. None of the staff could offer any advice about my partial prepayment for my mortgage loan and while I contacted the mortgage specialist a few days prior, I still had issues with filling up the form. On 11 Dec, I actually made 2 trips to UOB, just to correct the form. To top things off, I received a text message saying my application for partial prepayment of my loan was rejected due to a signature irregularity a day later. This means I have to make yet another trip to get things sorted. This is really very poor service on the part of UOB and I'm appalled by such standards. I will probably not take up any loans of any nature with them. I have been asking to meet or speak face to face with mortgage specialists for the past year as well, but was told they are 'backend staff' and that these 'specialists' will contact me. Yet, when I signed a housing loan with them, they were willing to meet up with me. A housing loan is no small sum and to be cast aside as a customer after the the deal is done leaves a bad aftertaste.

Your main UOB feedback website is not working.
Those generated copy and pasted follow-up replies in the Google review comment sections - trying to direct people to write in and feedback but you don't bother to fix anything. Don't go wonder why people write in here on Google reviews over your staff's incompetence services.

This UOB bank does not allow paywave payments for collection on lky coins. How funny is this. Is this even a bank?
But the good thing is, there is no queue and collection of lky coins was fast. One saving grace is that their staff is very patient.

Managed to reserve collection for cny new notes with appointment time 2-3pm. 1 hour later, there are still 10 customers queuing in front of me. Within the 1 hour , only 3 customers were served.

Horrible experiences at this branch. Waited close to 2 hours for a counter service on a weekday afternoon previously. Thought it was a one off incident. Seems like it's the norm. Went back again today to settle some admin matters. Was led through a few counters with the staff not knowing what to do at times. Avoid this branch.

Today afternoon just collect this card at lot one and the Malay lady staff attitude towards customer is not very good. I do not know this card need to stamp on every chop there and never explain properly. I have received a ball and the staff open it and never explain what thing I get. Anyway a very good experience at lot one uob. No wonder all the reviews at this outlet so bad.

I recently visited UOB and was assisted by Xandra, the branch manager, and one of her young staff members (I didn’t manage to get her name). Both of them were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Xandra was especially professional and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciated the warm service and support from the team — it made my experience at the bank a very pleasant one. Thank you!
