It's been a long time since my last order online. I used to order wok hey fried rice online with no salt and less oil. But today, I found the 'no salt' option was replaced by 'less sauce' only (for ramen). I was disappointed with the salty food, even with less sauce, and a scoop of oil was present when it was done.

Despite the name, the fried rice doesn't have any wok hey, which is such a pity. But it's no surprise, as the chefs they hired are probably noobs who just went through a few hours of training on how to toss food, rather than experienced ones.

Erm... I saw a bug crawl onto a pan, and the cook just fried the egg and food with it. Extremely disgusted. I don't know what to say, man. Water would sometimes splash on the food when they were washing their hands. Extremely unhygienic.

I placed an online order for fresh ramen with no egg. The box indicated 'no egg,' but inside, the noodles had egg. It was totally wasted, and my son doesn't want to eat it. Worst service.

Good luck waiting for your pickup. I ordered via their QR code. After 15 minutes, my order still wasn't ready. And my rice just sat there until I had to ask again after 32 minutes! The notification system failed, as the staff did not promptly notify customers who were ready for pickup. It's always service first, food second. I have to give you a low rating.

Here's the edited review: I've ordered from this outlet previously. The staff is friendly and helpful when taking orders. Food is also good value for money. Food and service are good. However, there is little to comment on the atmosphere.

This is what “more chilli” has become at Wok Hey these days. I’m convinced never to order online again because it seems like all Wok Hey likes to do is provide as little chilli as possible across all outlets and take the joy out of eating fried rice. I emailed them before regarding Guoco Tower’s chilli. They gave the standard reply that they’ll look into it, and when I went back, there was no change. It’s the same here. Not coming back.

It really has 6 abalones inside! It tastes really nice when it's still warm! The fried rice is premium, and I like the pineapple fried rice 🍍. You can easily order online to skip the queue! 😍

Consistent taste across outlets. Reasonable pricing. Provides sufficient chilli. The prawn ramen is highly recommended!

I ordered beef egg fried rice with tobiko, but it came with no tobiko. The waiting time was also quite long (which was understandable because it was lunchtime peak hour, but still there is room for improvement). The food was nice, as always.
