ordered beef egg fried rice with tobiko, came with no tobiko. And the waiting tome is quite long (which is understandable because it was lunch time peak hour, but still there is room for improvement) . Food is nice as always.

actually used to be a fan but standards dropped so much. todays egg fried rice was extremely oily (despite indicating less oil). food did not taste nice today and lacked the wokhey. and waiting longer than the estimated time..

Ridiculously long wait of almost an hour. Ordered via QR code when the queue hasn’t been formed. And then peak hour hits, queue starts to form with several walk-in orders and Grab orders. Those who ordered via walk-in received their orders and left. Queue start to disperse, and had to continue waiting as they start to handle orders via QR code.

It been a long time since last order online.Used to order wok hey online with no salt and less oil( Fried rice). but today found option of no salt replaced by less sauce only(Ramen). Disappointing with salty food even less sauce and a scoop of oil when done.

Despite the name, the fried rice doesn't have any wok hey sadly which is such a pity. But it's no surprise as the chefs that they hired are probably noobs that just went thru a few hours of training that teaches them how to toss the food, not experienced ones.

Ermmmmm.... saw a bug crawl onto a pan and he just fried the egg and food with it.... Extremly disgusted... I don't know what to say man... Water would splash on the food sometimes when they are washing their hands. Extremly unheygenic....

I did online order. Fresh ramen with no egg. The box outside shows no egg. But inside the noodles have egg. It’s totally wasted and my son don’t want to eat. Worst service.

Good luck on waiting for your pick up. i order via their QR code. First check, after 15mins, wasn’t ready. and my rice just stood there till i have to ask again after 32mins! To me, the notification system failed as the service guy did not promptly notify their customer who are ready for pick up. It’s always service first, food second. I have to give u low rating.

This is what “more chilli” is to Wok hey these days. I’m convinced never to order online again because it seems like all Wok hey likes to do is to provide as little chilli as possible across all outlets and take the joy out of eating fried rice. I emailed them before regarding Guoco Tower’s chilli - they gave the standard reply that they’ll look into it and when i went back, no change. Same as here. Not coming back.
