I used to be a fan, but standards have dropped so much. Today's egg fried rice was extremely oily (despite indicating less oil). The food did not taste nice today and lacked the wokhey. And we waited longer than the estimated time.

Food is always tasty; I've never had a problem. And when I encountered a problem, customer support is just a quick email away. I will recommend, as they have not disappointed so far.

Ridiculously long wait of almost an hour. Ordered via QR code when the queue hadn't formed. Then peak hour hit, and the queue started to form with several walk-in and Grab orders. Those who ordered via walk-in received their orders and left. The queue started to disperse, and we had to continue waiting as they started to handle orders via QR code.

Tried out the latest addition, Braised Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX, and it exceeded my expectations! The black pepper fried rice had just the right amount of kick, and the tender braised abalone added a touch of luxury to each bite. Plus, the sweetness from the pineapples balanced out the flavors perfectly. Definitely a must-try!

It's been a long time since my last online order. I used to order wok hey online with no salt and less oil (for the fried rice). But today, I found the 'no salt' option was replaced by 'less sauce' only (for Ramen). It was disappointing to receive salty food, even with the 'less sauce' option, and it still had a scoop of oil when it was done.

Despite the name, the fried rice sadly doesn't have any wok hey, which is such a pity. But it's no surprise, as the chefs they hired are probably noobs who just went through a few hours of training that taught them how to toss food, not experienced ones.

Ermmmmm.... I saw a bug crawl onto a pan, and the cook just fried the egg and food with it.... Extremely disgusted... I don't know what to say, man... Water would sometimes splash on the food when they are washing their hands. Extremely unhygienic....

I placed an online order for fresh ramen with no egg. The box outside showed 'no egg,' but inside, the noodles had egg. It's totally wasted, and my son doesn't want to eat it. Worst service.

Good luck waiting for your pickup. I ordered via their QR code. Upon my first check after 15 minutes, it wasn't ready. And my rice just stood there until I had to ask again after 32 minutes! To me, the notification system failed, as the service person did not promptly notify customers who were ready for pickup. It’s always service first, food second. I have to give you a low rating.
