Horrible service the employee provide to people. They will just see your attire and just assume that you are poor and wont even bother to provide you basic proper services and manners. Disgusting attitude serving people based on their attire. They expect people who visit to be wearing formal attires with expensive jewellery, instead of casual clothing.

Staff was not attentive. My friend and I booked a trip to batam. I enquired on the itineraries and a copy of it as well as the cost of traveling. The staff only provide a copy for my friend and neglected my copy. Furthermore, I have to enquire two times on my travelling issues because the staff seemed not to be listening to my questions. The whole experience on purchasing the booking is a letdown. I purchased the tickets at lot one outlet which is far from my location. Having such a cold shoulder treatment from the staff has tarnished their reputation as I will think twice to book any holidays with the company.

During my first encounter, I was initially served by a polite young staff member, but unfortunately, I ended up having to pay additional money because they claimed they couldn't secure the room. During my second encounter, I encountered a rude older staff member who collect payment without verifying the validity of my booking. He then questioned me about its confirmation, leaving me feeling uncertain and frustrated. Unlike this experience, booking through KLOOK offers the assurance of clear confirmation and documentation, and way cheaper.

I tried calling in to check about package as I don't want to waste my time going down to find out none available but the wonderful thing they have been doing for years is not answering the phone. Applying for Malaysia visa is super easy on your own. They charge double of what we will have to pay online but won’t even answer their phone. CCK outlet is the worst. Super poor service. Booked a trip to Genting and they did not send me the details for the trip from Singapore to Genting. Ended up having NO SEATS at 530AM in the morning. This is very irresponsible of them. Immediately had to rush down to golden mile (which was not opened yet) and book another bus to Kovan immediately so that we could travel up to Genting. Asked them for refund for the return trip as I didn’t want to travel with this company anymore but they refused, stating it is non refundable.
Then on the return trip, the seat was assigned to us and I had to be away from my partner who was sick. Asked to rearrange the seats as I wanted to take care of my partner but the employee said this is not arranged by them and unable to compromise. Based on what I know it is autoseat so we are supposed to be able to “choose our seats” based on first come first served. So why was I assigned a seat away from my partner and no empathy shown from the company when mentioned that I had to take care of my partner. Very disappointed with this company.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Will NEVER travel with WTS Travel again. Travel with them at your own risk.

Book a cruise trip and I have to rush them for tickets and details. and during the booking, we requested them to get the room nearer to lift as we are bring elderly. in the end, our room is the furthest from the lift.. When I inquired about the availability of coaches and hotels, the receptionist gave a half-hearted response and seemed reluctant to assist. Instead of offering any solutions, he only answered the specific questions I asked, making me feel like I was talking to a robot.
