Had a great experience with Jerald from Yale! He took the time to explain the various door locks thoroughly and patiently, even giving us a demo. Was looking for a replacement digital lock and was impressed with review of a Yale customer of the Lot One branch, so I waited till shop was opened on 9 June 2024 to purchase a Yale lock. Isabelle who was tending the shop was really helpful to explain the pros and cons of the locks and allowed me to make a sound decision. I was already considering switching to a digital lock and came by the Lot One outlet. I was served graciously by Isabelle who was very detailed in her explanation and also kept in touch with me via WhatsApp when I had to show her pictures of my door and gate so that she could recommend the best lock for my home. Once that was done, it was seamless. We were told of the ease of use and the best setup for my home. Installation was also efficient. Done in about 1 and a half hours and very professional installer who knew the door lock system very well and explained it really easy and simply.
