The rate is considerably good for being inside a mall. The staff are super relaxed, chill... really slow 😞 Could you speed up a little bit next time? I overheard the guys in front of me saying, "I have been here many times; it's slow even when people don't change much money... tsk!" We understand good things must wait, but speed up so you can relax! :) Thank you.

Super low-end, uncouth service by a lady wearing glasses. Slightly visible in my photos. I won't be visiting this place again and will be spreading the word to my family. I should have checked out the Google reviews before visiting. Super slow service, and they don't even provide envelopes when asked.

Exchanged over 200 EUR and over 100 Swiss francs back to SGD. The rate shown on screen was 1.48xx and 1.58xx, but the actual rate given was 1.40 and 1.50, which was surprisingly low even though the amount was small. The difference was about SGD18 + SGD10, even if they had just used 1.48 and 1.58 (which were already below the rates shown on screen). I don't think I will come back again. Should have checked the Google reviews before coming. Didn't know it was that bad.

Very bad customer service. Dishonest and unethical business. We queued for 15 minutes because of the “good rates” displayed on screen. When we arrived at the counter, I verified whether the rate was the same as the one advertised. She pointed at a small piece of paper printed beside the counter, explaining that *that* was the actual rate and the rate on the screen was “yesterday’s rate.” The actual rate was quite rubbish; even the changers at the interchange offered better. Not to mention, the person at the counter was quite nasty and not a nice person to deal with. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.
