I always experience a long wait whenever I come to this place. This is because there's always a very long, slow-moving queue. It seems like there's no other staff. It's not efficient and is poorly rated.

The lady at the counter today is polite and has a kind heart. Despite the long queue, I received tip-top service and a warm smile from her. Great service and good rates make all the waiting worthwhile.

Lousiest customer service, and the exchange rate is so low. This is my last time exchanging money with them. They were supposed to start at 11 AM, but didn't open for business until around 11:25 AM. Actually, it's zero stars, but it won't let me post until I click a star.

Competitive rates. Unfortunately, the service is terribly slow. This is the slowest money changer that I've come across. So, if you're in a hurry, please forget about this place. It takes forever for the line to move.

The exchange rate is considerably good for a mall location. Staff are super relaxed and chill, but really slow.
It would be great if they could speed up a little bit next time. I overheard customers in front of me saying, "I've been here many times; it's slow even when people aren't exchanging much money!"
We understand that good things are worth waiting for, but please speed up so you can relax! Thank you.

Super low-end, uncouth service from a lady in specs. She's slightly visible in my photos. Won't be visiting this place again, and I'll be spreading the word to my family. I should have checked out the Google reviews before I visited. The service was super slow, and they didn't even provide an envelope, even when asked.

Exchanged over 200 EUR and over 100 Swiss francs back to SGD. The rate shown on screen was 1.48xx and 1.58xx, but the actual rate given was 1.40 and 1.50. This was surprisingly low, even though the amount was small. The difference amounted to about SGD18 + SGD10, even when compared to the 1.48 and 1.58 rates that were displayed on screen. I don't think I will come back again. I should have checked the Google reviews before coming. I didn't know it was that bad.

VERY BAD customer service. Dishonest and unethical business. Queued for 15 minutes because of the “good rates” on screen. When we arrived at the counter, I asked if the rate was the same as the screen. She pointed at a small piece of paper on the counter, saying that was the actual rate, and the rate on the screen was “yesterday’s rate.” The actual rate was quite rubbish; even the changers at the interchange offered better rates. Not to mention, the person at the counter was quite nasty and not a nice person to deal with. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.
