VERY BAD customer service. Dishonest and unethical business. Queued for 15 minutes because of the “good rates” on screen. When we arrived at the counter, I verified if the rate was the same as the screen. She pointed at a small piece of paper printed by the side of the counter that that’s the actual rate, the rate on the screen was “yesterday’s rate.” The actual rate was quite rubbish, even the changers at the interchange offered better. Not to mention the person at the counter was quite nasty, not a nice person to deal with. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

Rate is considerably good for inside a mall. Staffs are super relaxed, chill.. really slow😞
Can speed up a little bit next time? Because I overheard the guys in front of me saying,”I have been here many times, slow even people don’t change much money.. tsk!”

Super low end uncouth service by a lady in specs. Slightly visible from my photos. Won’t be visiting this place again and will be spreading the words to my family. Should have check out the Google review before I visit. Super slow service and don’t even provide envelope even when asked.

Exchanged 200+ EUR and 100+ Swiss francs back to SGD. The rate shown on screen was 1.48xx and 1.58xx but the actual rate given as 1.40 and 1.50 which was surprising low even though the amount is small. Difference is about SGD18 + SGD10 even if they had just use 1.48 and 1.58 (below the screen rates). Don't think I will come back again. Should have checked the google review before coming. Didn't know it was that bad.

There are other money changer options next to MRT and behind MRT. As most had pointed out, total lack of basic customer service with rude attitude. Asked to wait 1hr for lunch, show attitude and chase people away when stood there to check the table and rates. Yet still serve the next customer that arrived few mins later

The queue was very, very long. Forget about it. I decided not to join the queue. Service was extremely slow. Just go to another money changer. Not recommended 👎.

Rates are pretty competitive, but I'm deducting two stars because the staff is not only unreasonably slow but also lacking in punctuality. Opening hours can’t really be trusted. More than 11 customers were waiting together for about 35 minutes past the opening hour for the staff to arrive and open the shop. It took me another 30 minutes to get to my turn.

There are other money changers next to and behind the MRT station. As most have pointed out, there's a total lack of basic customer service and a rude attitude. We were asked to wait an hour for their lunch break; they showed attitude and chased people away when we stood there to check the exchange rates. Yet they still served the next customer who arrived a few minutes later.

Terribly slow and horrible customer service. The lady's attitude makes me feel like I owe her my business, but let's be real: I don't. She is never punctual for opening and takes her own sweet time to return after her breaks, relying on the fact that she’s the only money changer in this mall and has snaking queues she has to entertain. The rates she gives also vary when you hand your cash out, which is so preposterous, because consistency is the bare minimum. Visit this money changer only if you don’t have other options.
