Queue was very, very long. Forget about it. I decided not to join the queue. Service was extremely slow. Just go to another money changer. Not recommended. 👎

Rates are pretty competitive, but -2 stars because staff are not only unreasonably slow but also lacking in punctuality. Opening hours can’t really be trusted. More than 11 customers were waiting together for about 35 mins past the opening hour for the staff to arrive and open up shop. It took me another 30 minutes to get to my turn.

There are other money changer options next to and behind the MRT. As most have pointed out, there's a total lack of basic customer service and a rude attitude. When customers were asked to wait 1 hour for lunch, the staff showed attitude and chased them away as they stood there to check the rates. Yet, they still served the next customer who arrived a few minutes later.

Terribly slow and horrible customer service. The lady’s attitude makes me feel like I owe her my business, which I certainly don't. She is never punctual for opening and takes her own sweet time to return after her breaks, seemingly reliant on the fact that she’s the only money changer in this mall and that she has snaking queues to serve. The rates she gives also vary at the point of transaction, which is preposterous, as consistency should be the bare minimum. Visit this money changer only if you don’t have other options.

I always have a long wait whenever I come to this place. There is a very long queue, and it's slow-moving. It seems like there's no other staff. It's not efficient and feels poorly rated.

The lady at the counter today was polite and had a kind heart. Despite the long queue, I received tip-top service and a warm smile from her. Great service and good rates make all the waiting worthwhile.

Lousiest customer service, and the exchange rate was so low. This is my last time exchanging money with them. They were supposed to start at 11 AM, but only started doing business around 11:25 AM. Actually, it's zero stars, but the system won't let me post until I click a star.

Competitive rates. Unfortunately, the service is terribly, terribly slow. It is the slowest money changer that I've come across. If you're in a hurry, please forget about this place. It takes forever for the line to move.
