Although the place was not full, there was no staff to help with seating. The QR code was not working, and I gave up after a few tries. A staff member helped with my order, and I was thankful. I ordered the Tontoro Ramen set. The ramen and gyoza are disappointing, and this will be my last visit given such a cooking standard.

Decent ramen sets, but the $8.90 kids meal isn't worth it. It's also missing cherry tomatoes as shown in the pictures/store.

Ajisen ramen is like fast food.
Bad: My sister found a fly in her lemon tea.
Also, the staff forgot to give us a $5 voucher when we paid with Citibank.

Today my daughter had a very bad experience.
I think the ordering system needs to be improved.
She only ordered one cheese baked rice at this outlet, but an additional set of ramen came.
She informed the staff that she did not order the ramen set, and the staff's reply was that she still had to pay for it regardless of whether she ordered it or not.
The QR code could have been scanned by an earlier customer, or some other error occurred.
No resolution was attempted, and the staff only bullied my daughter into making the payment.

I ordered the cuttlefish baked cheese rice. For the price, the portion is decent. The baked cheese rice has a unique taste, not what I expected, but I like it a lot. The cuttlefish tastes normal, similar to Old Chang Kee's. The fries have no taste, but at least they provide tomato sauce.

The gyoza was absolutely trash. The toasted side was not crispy, the soft side was mushy. Yikes.

We were around the neighborhood and decided to have ramen for lunch.
The place was not crowded when we arrived and we were seated quickly. Once seated and the food was served, the service ended.
I ordered the pork cutlet ramen. The food portion was okay for a small eater. The broth and pork were on the salty side. The side dishes, which consisted of fried food, were neither crispy nor hot when served.

We came here last night with a friend for dinner and were seated promptly despite the dinner rush, and ordered multiple side dishes, namely sushi rolls, crispy gyoza, fried cuttlefish, and takoyaki balls. As for ramen, we both ordered the classic Ajisen Ramen. The side dishes tasted absolutely amazing—crispy as they should be and bursting with flavour. And the ramen? That's just another level, and I even added another onsen egg! We will definitely be back here again!

Went around lunchtime, and it was not crowded, but I waited 20 minutes for the ramen. Volcano ramen was a little salty and not as spicy as I thought. The fried chicken was gingery. Overall, the food and service were pretty much average.

Serving staff don't seem well-trained. One server brought the noodles to me with his thumb inside the bowl, almost touching the soup. Another server refilled my tea by holding it on the rim of the cup. Truly unhygienic. With few customers, one server hovered around and tried to clear my bowl when I paused midway through eating to reply to a message. The fried cuttlefish was very greasy, with oil glistening on its coating. I ordered the curry shabu set. The pork shabu was boiled and served on the curry gravy. The pork had a bit of a funky smell.
