Just after a movie and needed something soupy to warm us up. My husband and I ordered their Ramen set that comes with a side dish and a drink. We ordered the Ajisen Ramen (recommended) with Chuka Idako and an iced Hojicha. Having just returned from Japan, their ramen definitely doesn't win out, but for a quick fix, this did its job! Noodles were springy enough, char siew wasn't soft enough when bitten into, and the broth was alright.

I normally eat Volcano Ramen, but today I wanted to try something different. Ordered a Tontoro Ramen. Attached picture for reference. It's absolutely a disappointment. I think I didn't get what I paid for.

The kyoza were stained with black oil. It seemed the oil hadn't been changed. The Cha Shu had a foul smell.

The portion was bigger pre-COVID, but unfortunately, it seems to have shrunk a bit on my recent visit. The rice was not very filling, and since I'm not a fan of French fries, I had to share the side dish from my daughter's order and have her take my French fries instead. Overall taste was decent.

Here's the lightly edited review: The food quality has dropped a lot. We ordered Ajisen Ramen. The Cha Shu meat tasted and smelled horrible, according to my wife and nephew. We took out all the meat. We gave feedback to the staff. Amazingly, the staff's answer was that other customers had also complained, but that this meat is supplied by the central kitchen. Luckily, my pork chop and baked rice were okay.

Although the place was not full, no staff was available to help with seating. The QR code was not working, and I gave up after a few tries. A staff member helped with my order, and I was thankful. I ordered the Tontoro Ramen set. The ramen and gyoza were disappointing, and this will be my last visit given such a cooking standard.

Decent ramen sets, but the $8.90 kids meal isn't worth it. It's also missing cherry tomatoes, as shown in the pictures/display.

Ajisen ramen is like fast food. Unfortunately, my sister found a fly in her lemon tea. Additionally, the staff forgot to give a $5 voucher when we used Citibank to pay.

Today my daughter had a very bad experience. I think the ordering system needs to be improved. She only ordered one cheese baked rice at this outlet, but an additional set of ramen arrived. She informed the staff that she did not order the ramen set, and the staff's reply was that she still had to pay for it, regardless of whether she ordered it or not. The QR code could have been scanned by an earlier customer or for some other reason. No resolution was attempted, and the staff only bullied my daughter into making payment.

I ordered the cuttlefish baked cheese rice. For the price, this portion is decent. The baked cheese rice has a unique taste, different from what I expected, but I liked it a lot. The cuttlefish tasted normal, similar to Old Chang Kee's. The fries had no taste, but at least they provided tomato sauce.
