Have been coming here to get contact lens. First time getting spectacles and was attended by Pik Yee. The whole session takes about 1.5hrs coz she’s very detailed in her checks. No regrets!

Been visiting Capitol Optical at Lot One for a few years. All the staff, especially Pik Yee, are very helpful and knowledgeable. She always go the extra mile and never fail to remind me when my contact lens are running out or if there’s any upcoming promotion. Thanks for the excellent service.

I have been going to the same Capitol Optical branch in Choa Chu Kang Lot 1 for the past 5 years, and their service has been consistently exemplary. They have been very accommodating to my requests and very helpful when choosing frames. They conduct thorough checks before making recommendations. Katherine helped me with my eye check today and provided clear information on the type of lenses I will be purchasing. Katherine has been very patient, and it's clear she is well-versed in her work and their products.

I purchased a spec for $3,322.00. Here is my feedback. I am writing this review of my own accord because they deserve it. Their humbleness, good manners, product knowledge, positive vibes, and understanding of my needs are truly transcendent. Thumbs up! In particular, the service associate who attended to me was Miss Katherine Chong. A lady with a superb personality. Nothing but the truth! The rest of the team members are polite too. As someone who’s always been afraid of trying contacts (one of my biggest fears, truly), I’m so thankful that my first contact lens experience was with Katherine! She was very patient and reassuring throughout the experience (and the rest of the staff were supportive as well!), and was friendly throughout the session. Recommended if you’re a first-timer!
