It is a decent outlet with many electronics on sale such as computers, laptops and smartphones. It has a good variety of electronic items and devices on sale. It also has printers and their ink cartridges. The staff here is knowledgeable in the product. I had a great experience here.

Needed a basic 4G phone (phone call n SMS functions) for my elderly sister. Was served by sales staff Mr Kevin Too who was very patient serving us. Not only he explained how to use the phone, he is more than willing when I asked if he could slot the sim card for us. Thank you Mr Too for providing good service. Much appreciated.

Bought a Lenovo laptop from Challenger Lot1. Was found faulty within 2 weeks. Not charging. Got it replaced to a new laptop. Couldn’t install MS office in the new device. Keep getting message from MS that product key already installed in another device(the faulty one I guess). After 1 month, I am still frustrated why I even chose Challenger. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Old aunty cashier busy playing with her phone. When approached her to make payment, gave me the "why disturb me kind of look" and spoke in a very unfriendly tone. Every staff in the store seems "busy" and walk in customers seem invisible to them.

Don't like the Sales girl. I wanted to buy lenovo laptop, but she recommended acer. I said acer not good, I don't like. But she said buy good specs for acer, so I accepted her recommendation and bought acer laptop total sgd1000. But less than 1 year, ilthe acer laptop was spoiled!
