Châteraisé is the best example of how important your products are. With what they can put on the shelves, to doing bare miminum from the staffs and no bag of any form even if you bought the whole shop (unless u pay 5cents), you can still survive in the market.

Tiny walking space and no queue flow signage and staff is completely quiet about directing flow of customers. Just let those buying cakes cut the queue. Terrible experience.

Staff greets you but not really paying attention to what you ordered. I usually buy from Hillion Mall, but detoured at Lot One today. Ordered Tiramisu with 4.70$ tag and a cream puff. Staff charged 6.50$ on my card for my tiramisu and wrapped my cake. I informed him about it, but they are clueless of the price displayed. Gave me back 1.80$ in coins. Handed me the cake without the cream puff. Please bear in mind, some people use cards because they want to be cashless. So the reasoning of not enough coins in your register is not acceptable. I am using an international cc. Also, when you handover the goods to customer, its good to check the receipt and put it together with the goods, so that you can check whether you have given the correct item

Other customers kept taking their own sweet time to check the cakes and decide at the single cashier, holding up the entire counter. No self check out or self taking of cake (for obvious hygiene reasons) so you are at the mercy of these indecisive customers and unmotivated staff Zero initiative by the store personnel to do some mitigating and ask those indecisive customers to decide at the side. Cakes, candles, counting the number of items and deciding on the items, ask customers to do at the side please and NOT hold up the single cashier. Awful experience, I will never buy unless family emergency Lmaoo

I purchased a birthday cake, and upon arriving home, I realized that no candles had been included. Surprisingly, the staff at the establishment didn't ask about it at all. They didn't provide a plastic bag for a cake either, let alone candles. It seems like your company is taking its commitment to environmental conservation to an extreme. It's astonishing that they won't even provide candles for people's birthdays.

2 inexperienced and young staff at the stall, don’t know basic courtesy and not street smart at all, worried for your future my dear... Bought almost close to $30 worth of cakes but can’t even provide a plastic bag, just stand there helplessly and watch your customer trying to put 6 boxes of sliced cake into the bag they currently have. End up have to paywave 5 cents for it. It’s not about the money btw… how I wished I could stuff $2 note in their face and say no need for change but I got no cash on me. It is the attitude they display that usually pissed customers off. Honestly would rather buy from your competitor FL, with nice aunties engaging with you and not stingy with plastic bags and candles even though you only buy one piece of bread/cake. this company policy of plastic bags gotta be more flexible man. Wake up please.

Have been patronizing this store since its opening years ago. The quality, services and standards have been very consistent throughout. The store's interior & lightings have been clean & bright. Staff service quality has been fairly good. Products, however, have seen its price creeping up over the years, especially the past year due to inflation.
