Bought a cake from here today and requested the staff to provide a candle, as it was for a birthday celebration. She nodded and went on to pack the cake, but after reaching home and opening the box, I realized no candle was provided!! And now we have to go down to buy a candle at 9 PM. Such a bad experience…
