Châteraisé is the best example of how important **their** products are. With what they can put on the shelves, **even with** the bare minim**u**m from the staff and no bag of any form, even if you bought the whole shop (unless **you** pay 5 cents), **they** can still survive in the market.

Here's the edited review: Tiny walking space, no queue flow signage, and staff are completely quiet about directing the flow of customers. They even let those buying cakes cut the queue. Terrible experience.

Staff greets you, but isn't really paying attention to what you ordered. I usually buy from Hillion Mall, but detoured to Lot One today. Ordered Tiramisu with a $4.70 tag and a cream puff. Staff charged $6.50 to my card for my Tiramisu and wrapped my cake. I informed him about it, but he was clueless about the price displayed. He gave me back $1.80 in coins. He handed me the cake without the cream puff. Please bear in mind that some people use cards because they want to be cashless. So, the excuse of 'not enough coins in your register' is not acceptable. I was using an international CC. Also, when you hand over the goods to a customer, it's good to check the receipt and put it together with the goods, so that you can check whether you have given the correct item.

I have been patronizing this store since its opening years ago. The quality, services, and standards have been very consistent throughout. The store's interior and lighting have been clean and bright. Staff service quality has been fairly good. Products, however, have seen their price creeping up over the years, especially in the past year due to inflation. If the price can be lower, I'll buy more from your store 😅

Expensive, but tastes like Don Don Donki's desserts.

January 23, 2023, at about 3 PM. It took 15 minutes to buy a simple cheesecake (for my grandma, who needed a quick sugar rush) due to there being only a single cashier. Other customers kept taking their own sweet time to check the cakes and decide while at the cashier, holding up the entire counter. There was no self-checkout or self-service for cakes (for obvious hygiene reasons), so you are at the mercy of indecisive customers and unmotivated staff. The store personnel showed zero initiative to mitigate the situation and ask indecisive customers to decide at the side. They should ask customers to make decisions about cakes, candles, and item counts at the side, please, and not hold up the single cashier. Awful experience. I will never buy from here again unless it's a family emergency.

Fresh & fluffy strawberry shortcakes and tiramisu cakes from Chateraise! Worth a try for those craving sweet food.

I purchased a birthday cake, and upon arriving home, I realized no candles were included. Surprisingly, the staff at the establishment didn't ask about them at all. They didn't provide a plastic bag for the cake either, let alone candles. It seems like your company is taking its commitment to environmental conservation to an extreme. It's astonishing that they won't even provide candles for people's birthdays.

The two inexperienced and young staff at the stall don't know basic courtesy and aren't street smart at all. I'm worried for your future, my dear... I bought almost $30 worth of cakes, but they couldn't even provide a plastic bag. They just stood there helplessly and watched me try to put six boxes of sliced cake into the bag I already had. I ended up having to paywave 5 cents for it. It's not about the money, by the way... How I wished I could stuff a $2 note in their face and say, "No need for change," but I had no cash on me. It's the attitude they display that usually pisses customers off. Honestly, I'd rather buy from your competitor FL, where nice aunties engage with you and aren't stingy with plastic bags and candles, even if you only buy one piece of bread/cake. This company's policy on plastic bags has got to be more flexible, man. Wake up, please.

Extremely sweet cakes. I generally buy from other cake shops in Lot One. I tried Chateraise this time. The extra cost, compared to other cake shops on the same floor, is not worth it. Very disappointed.
