Châteraisé is the best example of how important your products are. With what they can put on the shelves, to doing bare miminum from the staffs and no bag of any form even if you bought the whole shop (unless u pay 5cents), you can still survive in the market.

Bought a cake from here today and I had requested the staff to provide me with a candle as it’s for birthday celebration. She nodded and went on to pack the cake, but after reaching home and opening the box then I realised no candle was provided!! And now we have to go down to buy candle at 9pm, such a bad experience…

Here's an edited version:
**Edited review:** "Tiny walking space and a lack of queue flow signage, and staff provide no direction for customer flow. They even allow those buying cakes to cut the queue. A terrible experience."

Staff greets you, but they aren't really paying attention to what you ordered.
I usually buy from Hillion Mall, but detoured at Lot One today.
Ordered tiramisu with a $4.70 tag and a cream puff. Staff charged $6.50 on my card for my tiramisu and wrapped my cake. I informed him about it, but they seemed clueless about the displayed price. They gave me back $1.80 in coins.
They handed me the cake without the cream puff.
Please bear in mind, some people use cards because they want to be cashless. So the reasoning of not having enough coins in your register is not acceptable. I am using an international credit card.
Also, when you hand over the goods to a customer, it's good to check the receipt and put it with the goods, so that you can check whether you have given the correct item.

Have been patronizing this store since its opening years ago. The quality, services, and standards have been very consistent throughout. The store's interior and lighting have been clean and bright. Staff service has been fairly good. Products, however, have seen their prices creeping up over the years, especially in the past year due to inflation. If prices were lower, I'd buy more from your store 😅
