Our favorite bubble tea is ChiCha San Chen. It's healthy and delicious. Our whole family loves it!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a seating area at this outlet and decided to have a drink here. However, the service I received was a monotonous greeting with no smiles or warmth: “Ni hao, san qian.” Obviously, the staff didn't understand why the boss made them say that. 😔 By the way, my name is not “san qian” 🤣. The seating area is very pleasant, nice for a cozy chat. The drinks tasted really good. However, they were still quite sweet, even with 0% sugar, especially with add-ons like Konjac jelly and mango juice. Personally, I think it would be perfect if it tasted less sweet.

Staff were really nice! They gave us free samples to try – High Mountain Pouchong Tea with Honey, which tasted sweet and refreshing. Though it was a little more expensive than other bubble teas, I would say this is quite affordable for great tea quality.

Staff are not helpful at all. There was a step in the store. When I got my drinks and turned to leave the shop, I tripped on the step and fell. None of the staff came to check and help me up. They just looked on. No one bothered to check with me and ask if I was ok. A customer in the store saw me fall and quickly asked if I was alright and needed help.

I recommend the oat milk brown sugar pearl. It's delicious! The brown sugar pearls are quite chewy, and the service is amazing. The oat milk is also quite nice, not too nutty. It's worth the price, although it's quite expensive.

Wonderful promotion. I had planned for bubble milk, but I was distracted, so I ended up with all three drinks from the Fantasy series and my bubble milk tea. Love the drinks here. Staff are nice too.
