Staff are not helpful at all. There was a step in the store. When I got my drinks and turned to leave the shop, I tripped on the step and fell. None of the staff came to check and help me up. They just looked on. No one bothered to check with me and ask if I was okay. A customer in the store saw me fall and quickly asked if I was alright and needed help.

I recommend the Oat Milk Brown Sugar Pearl. It's delicious! The brown sugar pearls are quite chewy. The service was amazing. The oat milk is also quite nice, not so nutty. It's worth the price, although quite expensive.

Wonderful promotion. I was planning on bubble milk, but I was distracted, so I ended up with all three drinks from the Fantasy series and my bubble milk tea. Love the drinks here. The staff are nice too.
