Chicha’s drinks are always consistent and taste the same at all outlets around Singapore. I love the quality of their tea too. Would 100% recommend!

First time here. The service is fast and smooth. Didn't wait long for the drink to be ready. It tastes so good and amazing. Will be back! Ordered Osmanthus Oolong tea with oat milk and sakura konjac jelly.

Our favorite bubble tea is ChiCha San Chen. It's healthy and delicious, and our whole family loves it!

I was pleasantly surprised that there was a seating area at this outlet and decided to have a drink here. However, the service I received was a monotonous greeting, with no smiles or warmth: “Ni hao, san qian.” Obviously, the staff didn't understand the rationale why the boss made them say that. 😔 By the way, my name is not “san qian” 🤣. The seating area is very pleasant, nice for a cozy chat. The drinks tasted really good. Only that it was still quite sweet even with 0% sugar if you have add-ons like Konjac jelly and mango juice. Personally, I think it would be perfect if it tasted less sweet.

The staff was really nice! They gave us free samples to try – High Mountain Pouchong Tea with Honey. It tasted sweet and refreshing. Though it was a little more expensive than other bubble teas, I would say this is quite affordable for great tea quality.
