The 'offer' should be put at the correct places. I chose 2 clothings under the offer board and it turns out that the 2 clothings were sold at their original prices.

Being calling their line for almost every hour, both Lot One & Causeway Point outlets. No one seem to pick it up.... really business are so good that they are not free to pink up call? Then why bother to have a contact no???? Disappointed. Not that they had forgotten to remove the security tag on the pants I bought. I wouldn’t bother to call.....

Cute clothes! Great place to buy basic pieces that will last a while. My denim jacket from Cotton On that I bought almost 5 years ago still feels new

The staff broke her word. I was trying to change the size of dress I bought just yesterday. In the begging, I didn't expect the staff will allow me to change because it is on sale about 50% off. But the staff promised me that I can change so I went back home to take the clothes. After 30 minutes when I came back, she turned out to refuse to change. Then she should tell me at the first time instead of wasting my time.

Worst cotton on that i have visit, both the manager and the crew need proper staff training. You won't like to shop at the shop that their staff will put unfriendly eye contact towards you while shopping. Not a shop that i would recommend.

refund can be done at any outlets but this staff choose to lie and told me that i had to go back to the store where i purchased. really want to waste people time lol ! worse customer service. don't go to this outlet

Went there recently and the staff were super nice and helpful. Felt very welcomed and really made me feel comfortable to ask for help. They really made my shopping experience better! 5 stars mainly for the staff providing amazing customer service!

Misleading advertisement—if you’re only offering 50% off the second full-priced BRA then be clear about it, not claim to be offering 50% off “Cotton On Body items” because that term includes workout pants, panties, etc. Even the staff is confused as hell. EDIT (4 February): Went back to the store for a refund and the manager was so rude it was incredible. Raising her voice at me and just slamming the money and receipt on the table. W o w.
