The staff broke her word. I was trying to change the size of the dress I bought just yesterday. In the beginning, I didn't expect the staff would allow me to change because it was on sale, about 50% off. But the staff promised me that I could change it, so I went back home to get the clothes. After 30 minutes, when I came back, she refused to allow the change. She should have told me at first instead of wasting my time.

I've been calling their line for almost every hour, trying both the Lot One and Causeway Point outlets. No one seems to pick it up. Is business really so good that they're not available to pick up calls? Then why bother to have a contact number? Disappointed. It's not as if I'm calling for no reason; they had forgotten to remove the security tag on the pants I bought. I wouldn't bother calling otherwise.

Misleading advertisement—if you’re only offering 50% off the second full-priced bra, then be clear about it. Don't claim to be offering 50% off "Cotton On Body items," because that term includes workout pants, panties, etc. Even the staff is confused as hell. EDIT (4 February): Went back to the store for a refund, and the manager was so rude it was incredible. Raising her voice at me and just slamming the money and receipt on the table. W o w.

Refunds can be done at any outlet, but this staff chose to lie and told me that I had to go back to the store where I purchased. They really wanted to waste people's time! Worst customer service. Don't go to this outlet.

Went there recently, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Felt very welcomed and really made me feel comfortable asking for help. They really made my shopping experience better! Five stars, mainly for the staff's amazing customer service!

Worst Cotton On that I have visited, both the manager and the crew need proper staff training. You won't like to shop at a shop where their staff make unfriendly eye contact towards you while shopping. Not a shop that I would recommend.
