I've been calling their line almost hourly, both Lot One & Causeway Point outlets. No one seems to pick it up. Really, is business so good that they are not free to pick up calls? Then why bother to have a contact number? Disappointed. This is after they had forgotten to remove the security tag on the pants I bought. I wouldn't bother to call otherwise.

Misleading advertisement: If you’re only offering 50% off the second full-priced BRA, then be clear about it. Don't claim to be offering 50% off “Cotton On Body items,” because that term includes workout pants, panties, etc. Even the staff is confused as hell. EDIT (4 February): Went back to the store for a refund, and the manager was so rude it was incredible. Raising her voice at me and just slamming the money and receipt on the table. W o w.

Edited review: "Refunds can be done at any outlet, but this staff member chose to lie and told me that I had to go back to the store where I purchased it. They really want to waste people's time! Worst customer service. Don't go to this outlet."

Went there recently, and the staff were super nice and helpful. I felt very welcomed, and they really made me feel comfortable asking for help. They really made my shopping experience better! Five stars, mainly for the staff providing amazing customer service!

Worst Cotton On I have visited. Both the manager and the crew need proper staff training. You wouldn't like to shop at a store where the staff makes unfriendly eye contact with you while shopping. Not a store that I would recommend.
